They came and assessed the situation and then e-mail two written estimates the next day ( one with an anode package which extends the life and warranty of the Rheem water heater, which we took . ) An appointment was set for a week or so later and the installation was completed. After a few days I took a very close look at the crimp type compression connections ( I dislike these immensely but it now seems to be standard in plumbing) and noticed a tiny drip from one side. Nothing major ( a drip formed every few hours ) but we notified Lesco and a tech came over a few days later and cut out and replaced the connection. He apologized for the inconvenience and I'm very happy with the repair. Professional conduct from start to finish, can't say enough good things about Lesco Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

We had our roof replaced by DeFalco roofing this past week…read more A bit of insight, when I was younger, my father worked in the construction industry while Mike currently works in the construction industry. Hence when we hire contractors for any work around our house, we get multiple estimates (or at least try too), interview the contractors when they come to the house, and I also do research on their companies (read reviews, check their licenses, etc.). We contacted 5 different roofing companies and only 2 of them got back to us with estimates. We chose to go with DeFalco Roofing because we found Christian very knowledgeable, forthcoming with information and willingness to address all our concerns. AN EXTRA BONUS ~ he offered financing with a reputable company who has access to many different lenders to choose from if we wanted to finance the project. When the materials were delivered to the house, we weren't home, but Christian made sure to keep us in the loop of what was being delivered and where it was being placed on our property. The morning of the install we were greeted by Christian, his father and their team of workers that got to work right away and kept the worksite cleaned throughout the day. By the end of the day our old house had a brand-new roof installed without any issues. It was even tested the next day with a nice steady rain. If had to do it all over again, I would hire DeFalco Roofing without hesitation because of the excellent experience we had with them.

Very soon they will be out of business there's no chance they will be open for business much longer they way they run their business. Take the bad reviews seriously for your own sake. This company is horrible, unreliable, zero credibility and zero work ethics... My fiancé and I hired them in August small 2 bedroom house and this is January 1st and they are yet to finish the job... They owe us money, giving us the run-around, not answering our phone calls. My fiance went to their office since they were not answering his calls, they literally closed the door in his face, We have video proof of this encounter. They told us they would come and finish the job but as of now they are a No SHOW We would never hire them for anything ever again, Nor would we recommend them to anyone. To make it worse ,,, my fiance like to take his time and shop around to find the right person/ company who he feels would best suit him but because I was there and I liked how he sold and delivered his pitch. This guy was so patient and came off so honest. I believed in him and convinced my fiance to go with him... We were completely fooled,,, Do not let them draw you in with their sweet and fake honesty... it is all a lie... Empty promises... All they want is for that contract to be signed... Once that contract is signed they will be M.I.A I hope this review helps someone from making the same mistake we made...
