We had a emergency where the garage door fell off the tracks AND the coil came undone. I called Ed because he was the ONLY one who was able to correctly diagnose the issue at my previous home. (I had hired someone else before and they "fixed" it but problem came back. Ed looked at it and knew right away why it malfunctioned.) Someone came and lifted my door up and down like 4-5 times said it's the motor and it would cost minimum $1000 to fix motor or $2200 to change everything. I then said thank you not in my budget.
