Our house has had 2 very old garage door openers for years. One stanley and a genie. Bought sometime in the 2000s. The stanley just malfunctioned and stopped working. The genie still worked but needed a part because it didn't know when to stop once it opened. The door would open, slam into the genie and then fall back down. These guys were not only able to swap out the stanley garage opener with a really smooth and quiet chamberlain (same company as lift master btw, learned that the hard way), but they also found and installed the broken piece from the genie machine. We went from one barely functioning and one non functioning garage door opener to 2 perfectly functioning garage door openers. Price was the best i could find. read more

Josh does quality work and is very helpful. The old (noisy) garage door opener burned out and Josh replaced it with a wall mounted unit that is very quiet. He brought the new opener, removed and disposed of the old opener, installed the new opener, and explained all of the features. The other opener was still working but was also very noisy and would automatically re-open when trying to close (as if there was an obstruction). He did maintenance on it to lubricate everything etc. and it is running much quieter now without any problems. Before he started the work he explained everything (including some options) and made sure we were in agreement. The work went very quickly and looked great with any wires neatly secured along the corners of the wall/ceiling. After a couple days the new opener stopped closing. I contacted Josh and he was happy to try to assist over the phone but ended up coming back out to determine that the sensor needed adjusting which he quickly fixed and did not charge for. read more
