If I could give zero stars, I would. The first time I used this company, the technician insisted on replacing a laundry list of parts, which made the repair far more expensive than I expected. He was pushy--almost threatening--and I felt pressured into agreeing just to get it done. It wasn't a pleasant experience, but I went through with it because it came with a "2-year warranty." Fast forward only 7 months later, the garage door stops working. I call them, and while they did come out for an emergency, the tech immediately tried to sell me new cables for $200. When I told him that was too much and asked if he could at least assemble the door temporarily so I could get to work, he completely brushed me off, turned around, and left without helping at all. I even have a Ring recording of this unprofessional encounter. I was shocked by his attitude, lack of care, and the fact that they hide behind upselling instead of honoring their warranty. Called NOL GARAGE DOORS and they responded within 45 minutes. The tech confirmed a spring was broken and the cable pulleys were worn some. In less than an hour he replaced the broken springs and the two aluminum pulleys. TOTAL PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT SPRINGS AND PULLEYS WAS $650. I have no problem with the quality of the work but I discoved I was grossly overcharged for the job. I was charged $75 each for two pulleys ($150). These pulleys run between $8 to $21 each depending if it is a specialized pulley. Mine is not. I called several companies comparing these repairs which should've cost between $350-$425. Please take the time to call around for the best price. This company did a great job for but an excessive price. read more

They were quick to respond, and showed up on Father's Day, at 10pm. Pretty awesome for that to happen. They found the problem and offered up a few pricing options for repair. I will say, it was a first to be charged tax on a repair, so just be aware that could happen. On my $599 bill to repair a spring and service other parts, it was $651 after tax. A bit high for a spring repair in my opinion. But like I said it was Sunday, late at night. Other companies claimed to be open at that time but refused the work. Even the next day when I had error codes still, he came back by and reset it. Very helpful as I'm a fireman and on duty for 4 days, 8 hours away from home when this all happened.
