I don't know how she managed to organize everything and pull off the sale so smoothly--but she did. We also appreciated that she was able to donate or discard those items that couldn't be sold so that we didn't have to worry about what was left in the house. She put aside cable boxes and some personal papers that we had missed when we were removing personal items--her attention to detail and care were outstanding.
