No outgoing mail service. No instructions for the copy machine. Office furniture looks like something you would have at a tailgate party. Corporate communication is poor. Prices are changed without warning or notice. I don't know how this place stays in business. On the day we moved out there were many others. Steer clear of this mess.

A best and final was completed and our offer was accepted. An email went out to all the agents that had showed it that an offer was accepted. HOWEVER, on our own, we found that they were still allowing showings to NEW agents to try to get a higher offer while contracts were out and signed on our end. I understand this is "allowed", but where is the integrity on a verbal commitment to the buyer? The sellers didn't sign for 5 days up to when I retracted our end of the contract, because more showings were still occurring, even after telling us they were not accepting another offer. The contract also had to be revised several times, as they continuously tried to add that the purchase had portions being sold AS IS. Which was never negotiated and was false. Very shady in my opinion, would not recommend doing business with this group.
