We couldn't be any happier with the experience we had doing business with Renaissance. This has been my third job in ten years with them and there's nowhere else in the Delaware Valley that compares. We recently completed renovations to our kitchen. When sitting down with Brian to discuss our project, he guided us through a number of options based on our cabinets/flooring colors that fit our budget. We were very impressed with the inventory on hand and the way Brian was able to educate us about the differing types of granite in stock. Once, we decided on Taj Mahal Quartzite, the staff completed our template and our order was placed. Within a week and half, the final product was delivered and set. Tony, who installed the granite, was neat and extremely polite. The Quartzite is the focal point of the kitchen and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Don't be fooled by some of the local suppliers who advertise heavily on price. First let me start by saying I have had the complete opposite experience as Colleen did in the previous review. I actually dealt with Brian who is the owner. He took me through my entire project from start to finish. He first took me into there indoor slab warehouse where I chose my slab. What a tremendous selection of materials they have. After my selection they were out to my house within a week to do the template. Once my template was done they were back to install a week later! Wow! There installers were courteous and most important to me, clean! After my tops were installed I had some questions about a remodel of a bathroom in my house I have been putting off and Brian suggested he come out and take a look. What a great idea. If zero stars was an option that would be the appropriate rating for Renaissance Marble. I bought a granite slab directly from Renaissance Marble and had them fabricate it. When the holes were fabricated by the sink, cracks radiated on top of the counter and below. Renaissance Marble's solution was to slap epoxy in the cracks on top and on the underside of the counter slab. There are other cracks around the front of the sink and the repairs they did here are becoming apparent after just a few months. I was told that this is the tendency of the type of granite stone I selected. If this is an accurate statement I should have been told this. Why Renaissance Marble would sell a material they can't fabricate well or a material that doesn't perform well is beyond me. I showed pictures to a kitchen designer in South Jersey/Philadelphia area who agrees the installation is not acceptable. Renaissance Marble is not standing behind their work. Brian, the owner is not responding my calls or emails--- now that he has my money and has zero concern for customer's satisfaction. I would not do business with their three partner companies on their web page either. read more
