The patient is very taken to a room for preliminary tasks, but then directed to a holding center that's part of a hallway with four chairs. The TV is on, but there's no sound or close captioning. So why is it on? Perhaps to provide the only light in this area. Anyone trying to read printed matter will only have his or her eyes damaged. There's also a parade of workers going back and forth in an apparent exercise contest. Five minutes before my scheduled appointment, the doctor took another patient, thus signaling that he would be late for me. Later, he took another patient and finally noticed me but just mentioned something about the checking the system, while seeming clueless about my status. When concerns about the hallway/nook were expressed, he directed me to the main waiting room but expressed no reaction to awful design elements. A worker then approached me and asked my name, yet stated no reason for seeing me such as giving appointment status or even (gash) apologizing for the likely mix-up. Given all this on top of check-in issues, I requested a cancellation and refund. Yes, one efficiently of the office is collecting fees up front. That led to the office manager being summoned. She (no name given) appeared without much if any briefing from staff terms and claimed a willingness to discuss the problem but soon shut that down and ultimately gave personal insults instead of directing attention to the issues at hand. She called the scene distractful, but the source of any distraction was office inefficiency, of course. It didn't help that the waiting area, check-in desk and optical area are all in a close confined area. Apparently, square footage is precious in this new office. This action may have taken workers out of their comfort zone, but no patients voiced concern or seemed bothered. By the way, the counter clerk first opted to keep my insurance cards and ID as hostage while I filled out forms. Why? They had been processed. They are private possessions, not hers to keep. At no point were apologies given. That would have required professionalism and courtesy lacking in this office. And about that hallway with chairs? C'mon, see straight to get a real inner waiting room.

I never flt rushed or pressured in any way. No push to upsell an IOL. I was really scared of the surgery and she assured me they could take care of that. I asked Dr.Saini what he would recommend if it were his eyes and went with that. I knew I had astigmatism enough to warrant a toric lens. I saw him briefly at my second eye surgery and was able to thank him for giving me back my sight. I had never been able to see the big E on the eye chart and have worn coke bottle lens glasses since I was in the second grade. Now I have 20/25 vision. I'm amazed that another human being could--before lunchtime--do this for me and a dozen other people and it's all in a day's work. Renee was able to reschedule me earlier for my second surgery which I greatly appreciated. Anytime I called with a question the call was returned promptly. My post op follow ups were with Dr. Baha. She assured me all was healing well. She later did a refraction for me. I was able to order glasses on site. I really don't use them much but it's nice to have them if I want a bit of extra crispness to my vision. The convenience of this location was an added bonus. There is plenty of free parking. The office staff is welcoming. I didn't want a large volume, factory feeling experience. At Integrity Eye I felt seen as a person .

I had a 9:45 appointment. Came in at 9:30. Office is packed...not happy at any time..but…read moreespecially during covid. Will see how it goes. Wasn't happy with the waiting....but once they got me into the office, it was much better. The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Originally gave only 1 star...because I hate waiting..and like I said, there were lots of people.

I was referred to Dr. Crosby as my local Opthalmologist was out of town. With my history, I had low expectations. Dr. Crosby was simply fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable (even about my rare disease (OCP), she had a new suggestion for me and she had fantastic emotional intelligence. I feel as though I have a deep and thorough knowledge about Opthamalogist's in San Diego. I'd highly recommend Dr. Crosby and only wish I'd found her 10 years ago!

Something is wrong with one of my eyes. I had it looked at by Kaiser a few years ago, have a few…read moredots and blurriness. Kaiser did a bunch of tests and found some irregularities. Dr Omens looked at it for 2 minutes with a slit scope and said sounds like a normal part of aging and sent me away. Waste of time, now have to go through the whole process again for another opinion. Still have blurriness and a few small blind spots and floaters.

I can't say enough on how grateful I was to come across this Doctor. Friday Night at 10:30 my…read moredaughter was going to put some false nails on and the super glue bottle exploded and glue went everywhere including her left eye. She shut her eye and was unable to open it. I rushed her to the ER and we were their for over 2 hours and told their was nothing they could do and her eye would be stuck closed for up to 5 days. She was scared and in a lot of pain. The ER doctor called Dr. Omens around 11:30 and he gave her his cell phone number and asked us to call him Saturday morning and he would meet us at his office. That night was terrible for my daughter and we were concerned about her vision and how long she would have to endure this. Our one comfort was that knowing we were going to get to see a Dr. of Ophthalmology and that hopefully he could help us out. Calling him on his personnel cell phone he was kind enough that morning to meet us and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we meet him. Enduring my daughters crys and being very sympathetic he managed to re-open the eye lid by removing the glue from the eyelashes. He did a great job, talking in a calming voice and managed to get a smile out of my daughter as he removed the glue. Both my daughter and I were so happy to have Doctor Omens take care of us, you could not ask for anyone better. The best part is she is going to be fine.
