Dr. Crosby is excellent and I feel fortunate to be under her care, particularly as the years pass.

I have a rare autoimmune disease that is taking my vision. I have seen more than 20 Opthalmologist's in the past 10+ years and only the docs at UCI, Harvard and UCLA knew how to help. I was referred to Dr. Crosby as my local Opthalmologist was out of town. With my history, I had low expectations. Dr. Crosby was simply fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable (even about my rare disease (OCP), she had a new suggestion for me and she had fantastic emotional intelligence. Quick accurate service. Went in for eye lid problem. She diagnosed issue and i was out quick.

If waiting at least an hour to see the Doctor and never getting any follow up on results of work is what you seek, this is your place. Dr. Crosby herself seems very nice and seems to know her field of work. This is the reason I am posting two stars instead of zero or one, Dr. Crosby seems great. The people that work there are only concerned about how many hours they worked that day. They don't know what customer service is. Seems they found people off the street to work there and gave them no training. Again, don't go to this place if you are expecting to be out of there in less than two hours. read more

Dr. Michelle B Crosby is an excellent ophthalmologist. She removed my cataract, and replaced it with a lens correction. I now see perfectly out of that eye. She is a very nice person and very easy to talk to, answers all my questions. read more

Dr. Crosby is not only caring and professional, she is highly intelligent and thoroughly evaluates, to the best of her ability, medical advice, procedures, etc., for her patients. Dr. Crosby is always available for her patients, and goes above and above. You are in good hands having her as your doctor. The only negative, in no way reflects on Dr. Crosby, rather the Morris Group which Dr. Crosby's (who is independent) office is in. Your appointment takes a good amount of time due to the patients of the Morris Group who are getting their eye evaluations before seeing their M.D., too. So plan on being there anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The wait can be long. read more

Dr. Michelle Crosby is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! If you are looking for a doctor who cares for your eyes more than you do, then I suggest visiting Dr. Crosby. She is truly well educated and brilliant. She is one of those doctors that makes you feel you are going to be in good hands. The staff members are all so nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend stopping by and consulting with Dr. Crosby about your vision problems. I can summarize her practice with few words: Excellent customer service, Best ophthalmologist and Best treatment and consultation I have ever had for my eyes. I've been wearing glasses since I was 18 months (now I'm 28) so, needless to say, I've had a lot of experience with Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. Over the last couple of years I have become discouraged with my eye care treatment and doctors. After I saw Dr. Crosby, my faith in the profession has been renewed. She took the time to answer all my questions and discussed different options for me (that in the past, were dismissed by other doctors). She even suggested I come back before my next scheduled appointment if I changed my mind on the current eye plan we talked about. I really felt she cared about me and my specific situation and didn't think of me as "just another patient." I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Crosby and highly recommend her! read more

My wife and I were lucky enough to "see" Dr Crosby when my wife was experiencing some discomfort and trouble with her vision. It was after 600pm on a weeknight and Dr Crosby stayed late and kept her office open so we could see her. Dr. Crosby specializes in the care of eyes. However, she focuses on her patients overall health in a way that is rare in healthcare today. By studying my eyes and listening about my health, Dr. Crosby gave me very useful advice. She is a rare gem. I only wish she could be my family doctor. read more

I am a senior who went to Dr. Crosby for cataract surgery. She is an excellent surgeon who spent a lot of time answering questions and responding to what I wanted and needed. Dr Crosby filled in for my prior opthalmologist, so I was lucky to find her. She handles everybody as an individual - this is not an assembly line practice. Dr Crosby carefully analyzes symptoms, performs appropriate tests, and decides on treatments based upon your specific situation. You just can't find a better ophthalmologist...so don't try. I've been wearing glasses and contacts for nearly 40 years so I've seen my fair share of eye doctors. Dr. Crosby has a professional and friendly chair side manner. The office is a one stop shop for very thorough vision and eye health testing as well as glasses/contact lenses. Dr. Crosby also performs laser eye surgery. Dr. Crosby prescribes treatment/solutions that are option oriented, taking into consideration the patient's preferences when possible. I will recommend Dr. Crosby and her staff to everyone I know. read more

I had a few appointments with Dr Crosby. Each appointment, I waited at least an hour to see the Dr. I went for an eye exam to get a prescription for glasses and to get fitted for contact lenses. The doctor couldn't get my prescription right. I went back a few times and each time her corrections made things even worse. She did not listen to what I needed, or what I wanted, like a prescription that was actually accurate. Instead she just wanted to push forward with the contact lenses. While charging more money each time. at least $80 each additional visit. She put a trial pair in my eyes for me to try out. I couldn't see as the prescription was so far off. In addition, I was given no instruction at all on how to remove them. I couldn't figure out how to remove them and I paid for a fitting. I finally had to go to another eye doctor. The prescription Dr Crosby gave me was 2.0 off. This is not a typo. The decimal is in correct position. What's really frightening is that this woman is doing surgery on people's eyes. I was out a lot of money and ending up with a prescription that wasn't even close to anything workable and no contact lenses all of which I paid for. In addition, the wait times to see this doctor were ridiculous. She had a waiting room full of patients and was clearly completely overbooked. It felt more like an assembly line. This was not on one visit. I had 4 or 5 visits and it occurred on each one. read more
