Staff responded to all our questions and provided tests, x ray and treatments long after closing to get my wife relief from serious flu symptoms. Now, we all hate getting sick. Once could also assume if you're not feeling well, you may be grumpy or irritated. So take these reviews with that grain of salt. I made an appointment and checked in online. Did all of my "paper work" online. Which, as a person with a brain injury, there has to be an alternative to this online screen time business. When I got to the practice, I checked in again, and my wait time per the "computer"was 25mins after my "appointment ". However I was seen pretty quick. The nurse took a solid history, asked all the questions I would expect, and was kind. I saw NP Sarah. She was very thorough and thoughtful. Ran the tests. Wrote me a script and told me what to expect. The whole care team here, really cares. I appreciated that on a day, where I feel totally crummy. I'd never recommend getting sick while away from home, but if you do, I feel like this crew will take care of you and get you back to "normal" as soon as possible. read more

You make an appointment, you show up 30 minutes in advance... and they make you wait for almost an hour to see a doctor...the staff was very rude when you ask if the doctor is available to see you... staff yelling to the patient is not good customer service...they need professional physician and staff personnel ... then takes 7 days to refund your payment for not seeing a doctor... it is crazy... bad bad bad place to come for medical care... this is the Murphy Mill office... the worst!!! read more

I went in to their office suffering from a severe sinus infection. she said that she does not believe in helping your immune system and suggested I buy a humidifier like her. Got here before opening and got on the list. Waited in my car for over an hour when I finally got the call to come in. My phone wouldn't answer the call but I was in the building within 30 seconds of the call. I sat for over an hour after giving my ID and still wasn't called up. I watched as people who came after me were seen and then approached the desk. First the receptionist says "we were trying to take care of this family first". Well this did not fly with me and I pointed out how all these people were here after me and already being seen! Now she says that because I didn't answer the phone and just came in I got pushed down the list! What a crock of oblong this is!!! I think they forgot about me and were making excuses to cover it!!! If I hadn't already waited 2.5 hours I would have left and gone somewhere else!!!! read more

Horrible experience. I have extreme ear pain to the point of I will be heading to ER in few. I made an appt online because it was important to me to be seen ASAP. I waited the whole morning in pain for my appt (because I respect their process). I was there 15 min before my appt like they told me to be and did their complicated online check-in registration. I waited over 2.5 hours for the most part in a room and still wasn't able to be seen and left. When I asked to please advise how much longer, they asked the doctor and she had no idea. I didn't get what was my place on line. It's really inconsiderate. The story gets better because apparently my mom (my emergency contact on my registration form) wondered why I was missing so long and asked the front desk for help and they wouldn't let her know how much longer I would be. I was extremely disappointed and will certainly be filing a complaint and definitely talking to my insurance company if I get a bill for this visit. I will never go here again. Also - its unrealistic to have people do online check-ins when some of those people can not read/write, or know how to operate a tablet. A sick woman was helping an old man for a long time to check in. He was confused and had sat there forever without anyone noticing he had given up and han't been able to check in. If she hadn't helped him, he wouldn't have been able to check in. read more

Update- all staff is SUPER NICE and way more helpful that I expected for an urgent care. But omg was the wait long. If it's Sunday- just go to the ER. You'll be seen quicker. Wanted to take a minute to post some inaccurate information that they have on their website: "Many individuals choose to visit the emergency room for all of their medical needs. Because ERs accept all patients no matter what their needs or insurance policies may be, it's rare to be seen right away for a non-emergency illness or injury. So instead of waiting hours to be seen and having to pay five times more than what you should for medical care, why not visit your local AFC? In addition to short wait times, you can also look forward to always seeing one of our esteemed physicians when you visit." I literally just snorted at this In their waiting room. I've been waiting for hours. I've been here for so long, that I had to leave and come back for a scheduled obligation, and because I did that, I got pushed back to the end of the line. I assumed from 11-2:00pm would be enough time to be seen by an urgent care. I was wrong . I have now returned because they told me things calm down at 4pm. I am regretting that I did not just go to the ER. I returned and checked in at 3:30. It's 4:30 now. Stay tuned . Update: got back at 4:55, was seen by the clinician at 5:30. read more

Let me preface by saying that under normal circumstances I would see my regular, family doctor; however, it was Sunday and we were planning on going out of town for a family vacation Monday. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, I get called back to the area where they take your weight, BP, etc. I tell the nurse that I am 21 weeks pregnant, and she responds saying that the doctor seeing patients that day refuses to see pregnant patients because he doesn't want any part of that liability. Maybe that doctor should educate himself on what medicines pregnant patients can and cannot take or just don't prescribe anything if you aren't sure but to completely refuse to see them is absolutely ridiculous. What a joke this place is. They should also advertise or say at the front desk that of you are pregnant the doctor will not see you. read more

If I could give this clinic a negative rating I would. The receptionist was extremely rude from the beginning, I explained to her that I was there for a school physical and I already had all the shots required but she continually insisted that In order to be seen the physician had to give me the shots, then told me to have a seat because she had to her ask staff. When I saw one of the nurses approach I came back to the window. The nurse was very respectful she took the time to talk to me to explain the situation and confirmed it wasn't a problem but the receptionist continued to argue the nurse explained to her that it is possible to be seen and that she was in fact wrong, well she didn't like that. So she told me she had to ask another staff member and to have a seat. After waiting thirty min I went back to the window and said I would like my paperwork back and I will find another clinic. She then stated it wasn't going to be 35 dollars it was now 50 because of the school I was getting a physical for. I found this very unprofessional and I feel sorry for patients who have to utilize this clinic due to the lack of respect the front desk demonstrated will result in a lost of patients returning. I will not be returning and will report it to the school so they don't send students to this location. read more
