They are honest, fair, and get the job done right. They keep a bathroom sink (that's not hooked up) used to display a motorcycle faucet filled with Candy. And a buck will get you a drink (water, soda, energy drink) out of their glass cooler. They have coffee, and will stop and shoot the crap with you when you come in... They have a lot of clothes, stickers, and jewelry in the main area of the shop. And if they don't have something you're looking for, they will get it in in very short time. This team is unlike many other Harley oriented shops around Boston / South shore, they are not bias and openly will try to help you with whatever they can regardless of the make of your bike. Good advice and won't try to screw you over. I bring my friends who ride here for inspections and general maintenance that they can't do themselves. The service department has always taken care of what I've needed and never tries to get me to pay for services or parts I don't want or need (unlike most car dealerships I've encountered) I go out of my way to get my bike inspected here just because I like the people so much. Jeremy and Jessica are awesome and knowledgeable owners. Chris, in parts knows his stuff and always finds what I want at a reasonable price. Aside from being fair, the people here are really kind, and generous. They have charity events throughout the year to benefit the community, like Christmas photos with Santa in a ural! Do not take you bike here for service unless if you are okay with potentially dying…read more Pretty simple work I had done to the bike brakes (rotors calipers, fluids etc), valve adjustment, suspension, oil change, new chain / sprocket upon arrival i was quoted 7k for that price i should be getting a new set of tires these scamming crooks had my bike for over 2 months and when i had finally begged them to give it back to me it was clearly ridden (nit just test driven) as well as damaged gas tank was loose, missing bolts, license plate wires cut, no coder pin for chain etc. My bike was clearly dropped and Pat and Casey could not have given a tenth of a fuck regarding the condition of my bike also my bike now only runs at 200 degrees no matter how hot or cold it is clearly the technician was in a rush and did not finish the job with quality or care ALL OF THESE SAFETY HAZARDS COULD GET ME KILLED AND THEY ARE OKAY WITH SENDING A BIKE OFF LIKE THAT AFTER CHARGING ME 7K! They completely cleaned and rebuilt the carb using Yamaha OEM parts. I have to say, it is running AMAZING! The cost I thought was very fair. (Considering a new OEM carburetor would have been 3x the price.) I will definitely do business with them again. If you haven't tried them, give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.
