After ordering online and double checking by phone re (free!) install service I was greeted by Stephanie (sp) who not only remembered my call but immediately identified the unique requirements for installation in my new Arai lid. After an assist from the equally knowledgeable Kelly (sp) and another teammate behind the scenes, my system was gtg a short time later. This is my second time buying and installing a Cardo system via Cycle Gear and I couldn't be happier with the online/in-store experience. Kudos for hiring real motorcycling enthusiasts who also excel at customer service. I'll be back!
