In my preteen memories on a Friday the inside was packed. The parking lot now reduced to one side was busy. The building is in disrepair including many water leaks in the ceiling. The we ordered 4 cuts. The flavors and crunch had memories flooding back! The sodas are no longer can only but fountain. The Lager was bottle only. Core memories unlocked Now the negative only one server working and she was working hard. With poise she managed the phone, our table and countless parking lot and to go orders. It also seemed like it was a challenge for her to work with the "cook" We ate, tried to buy a shirt, paid in only cashed and tipped well.

Items did not have serving utensils, served salad with bottles of Hidden Valley Ranch sitting out as if he just picked them up at the grocery store. All the food was cold and he failed to even cut up the cheese for his pitiful excuse for charcuterie until he arrived at the venue, which was AFTER the ceremony. Cocktail hour had to be extended and she was unable to even cut her cake, as time ran out - all because of this man's failure to adequately prepare for such an event. Even the venue owner was appalled, as he had never seen such an abomination. So very disappointing, especially for the amount of money he was charging.

That is a cost of doing business, not something that should be placed on the customer. The customer is there to purchase a meal, not to run the business by covering operating costs (which are tax deductible anyway). If you aren't making enough money, raise prices for everyone instead of discriminating against card users. I will find another place to eat for as long as this shady practice remains. It begs the question: what other ways is the business cheating the customer that we don't know about?

We have dined here on several occasions and found the food to be exceptional each time. The dishes are well prepared, fresh and perfectly seasoned. During our most recently visit, I had the sliced brisket. It was very tender with a great smokey flavor. I found that it paired well with the American Sweet BBQ sauce. Be sure to save room for dessert - the Salted Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chunk Cookie is simply amazing! Another Southern favorite is the banana pudding. We stopped here on a whim and are so glad we did! The food was amazing and the service was even better. The food came out quick and hot. My kids saw ice cream on the menu but since it's winter they don't offer any unless it's on a skillet cookie. Our waiter was nice enough to get them a scoop as a treat. And after my 4 year old son dropped his ice cream they offered to get him another one!! You HAVE to get the fries they are soooo good!!! We will defiantly be coming back here!!!! read more

If you love BBQ anything ! This is the place ,they have indoor and outdoor seating. On weekends they have bands during the summer ! Great service and all types of foods pork tacos so good ,wings,burgers, soups and salads as well ! We had a server named Emily and she was spot on ! So sweet checked on us a lot to make sure we we're pleased with everything and if there something we needed she was always polite and got it for us! I love this place ! Excellent scratch made BBQ. Slow cooked smoked meat. Use local produce and meat. Homemade BBQ sauces are awesome. Homemade dressings are for real. Don't forget the homemade pie and smoked ribs every weekend ! Out door seating and you sit right by the BBQ pits so you get to see what's going on. Come try it out. Worth the stop. read more

By far the best ribs within 50 miles. i will put their burgers up against any so called gourmet burgers anywhere. they make you feel like you''ve been invited to their home for dinner.
