I have bought a couple of guns from him and he has always worked with me on price. He is certainly below retail gun stores. I go there because he always has plenty of guns, ammo and unusual stuff to look at. He is the first guy I call when I need ammo, especially ammo that is not common. I read the other review and was surprised. The owner has to deal with a lot of people, many of whom want to handle the guns without any intent on buying. I have personally seen this and am surprised how well he handles it. There are a couple of ladies in the place and one in particular makes it tough to leave without buying a gun. I write that because she is so nice it is tough to say "no" when she asks if you want to buy whatever you are looking at. I have no idea what lady was rude to the other guy as that was never my experience. The place is a local gun shop and has lots of stuff for a privately owned local gun store. I have always been happy to buy from him or just go in to see what is new. They have never given me attitude, instead they are always friendly when I stop in.
