I truly do not like the staff. They linger and add their ignorance. Which obstructs everything. Weird vibes. Won't visit again.

I was recently in Triggers to buy my first suppressor and they did a fantastic job and were very thorough. They made sure, even though it was my first time going through the process, they made it seamless. Most importantly, there were a group of young guys who came into the store and immediately split up. One of them, or many, had just smoked a heavy amount of marijuana and the whole store filled with the smell. When they asked to handle a gun, the store worker promptly told them no, he could smell the use of drugs and would not allow them to handle or purchase any weapons as it was his duty to keep everyone safe and follow the laws. They got extremely upset but quickly left. I want to commend him for standing up to these men and doing what was right given the situation. I'll definitely go back again. read more

They do try to low ball on firearms if try to trade them in or something. They do have a good assortment of upgrades for in a pinch or need right now case but if your not in a hurry on line is definitely cheaper I don't deal with them unless i totally have to but definitely don't give you what a gun is worth even for the high pice on guns read more

Was there to purchase handgun. Picked one out, the kid placed it off to the side and said let me show something to someone else. He must be paid on commission and was so interested in stacking his commission that he tried to get 2 sales back to back. Waited for longer than I should while he tried to sell another gun to another customer when he hadn't sold mine yet. Finally another worker asked if anyone needed help and I said yes, we need that gun over there rang up and paperwork done. I pointed out the kid saying I wanted to buy that gun but the kid laid it over there and said let me show a gun to someone else. Well you should finish the sale you just made before you start trying to make your next commission but when I asked the second employee to make the sale. He starts giving me attitude and saying what did I do, I specifically stated and pointed the young kid and said I wanted to purchase it but then he said let me show someone else something. Then the second employee says there's only 3 of us here and we're kind of busy. This is literally seconds after he yelled does anyone need any help. Well if he didn't want to help anyone then why did he yell does anyone need any help. So not one but two employees blew me off in the space of 10 minutes. The first one by not taking care of the sale in front of him, the second one for being extremely rude then trying to make excuses about the lack of help and being busy when he yelled out does anyone need help and I spoke up, yes !!! He kept saying I don't know what I did wrong and for the second or third time I told him it wasn't you it was the young kid over there and pointed him out again but he just seemed bent on taking offense when it didn't involve him at all until he started being rude to a customer. After the wait and the way I was treated, I walked out without buying a gun, then went over to another store not far from them and bought a gun. So the kid trying to stack his commission lost a good sale and the second employee lost a sale and the store lost a sale. I've always liked Triggers, good product and decent prices but the Customer Service has gotten extremely bad. Unless something changes dramatically I will stop shopping there and I definitely will be telling others not to shop there. read more

Triggers has a good selection of long rifles and a not bad selection of handguns. Their prices are fairly competitive with larger stores in the area like Dick's, Dunham's, LA&S, etc. Staff was friendly and quick to field questions. I would give 5 stars as I had a wonderful experience here, but most employees at the time I went were not very knowledgeable based on their inability to answer numerous questions I asked. I'm no expert by any means, but I would expect a good shop like this to have at least one person that could outschool me (out of 5 employees). Will come here again, but I've lowered my expectations on their employee expertise vs other gun stores I've been to. read more

I went to trade in my gun and felt I got a low all offer for it. I was even going to buy a much more expensive gun but they weren't willing to negotiate at all. I wasn't asking an unreasonable amount for my gun and was going to trade it in for a $600 handgun. Because they wouldn't come up another $50, they lost out on a sale and a potential customer that will never go back. read more

Purchased a .45 cal. American Tactical pistol from this gun dealer. This was approx. the 10th time we have purchased a gun from this business. We discovered on the very first time at the range that this gun is defective and should be returned due to serious safety concerns. The sights are bent and this firearm keeps having misfeed problems. So...when we brought our concerns to the Triggers they completely blew us off. This business establishment is not loyal to the customer. I will NEVER patronize this establishment EVER again. I am disappointed with this company and would definitely not recommend them to anyone for firearm purchases. read more

Great Store! Great Customer Service! My first time there I needed muzzle brake taken off my AR, after the gun smith found out I was a Veteran he told me not to worry about it was on the house. Triggers, because of this single act of kindness and patriotism has won my business for life. Did I mention I had just left Point Blank after they had my rifle for 1- WEEK and were going to charge me $30 to take off the muzzle brake. Thanks Triggers for bringing great Customer Service back in a time where good customer service is all but a thing of the past. read more

I have been a regular in this place. My father and I used to shop at quik cash before triggers split off from them or whatever happened there. There are a bunch of different gun shops around the area but Triggers have been usually the cheapest and best at finding whatever myself or my father have searched for. They usually have a large selection of firearms in stock too. They're always my first stop and usually the only stop I make when I'm searching for something. read more

I love this place! Great prices and very friendly staff! I purchased a smith and Wesson 15 sport for about 630 and I got a Walter 380 for my conceal carry. The entire experience was quick to the point and any and all questions I had were answered. The store may seem small but they have a lot to choose from!! read more

I've always had 5 star service with Triggers. I've bought my last 3 firearms from them. But today their website had the S&W bodyguard with laser on sale for 349.99. I verified that with the girl that worked there Nd filled my paperwork out. But once all was complete and it was pay time. They said oops. We were mistaking. It's really 389.99. Wtf. So I asked. I'm a return customer. Well no way its 389.99 or no sale. Sorry triggers. But I will stRt looking to other places before coming back. I've spent over 2000 in firearm sales there.
