I would never use AHR again for anything - I'd rather watch YouTube videos and do it myself. They did work on my roof and when it started leaking, instead of coming to fix it, they quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix it. When I asked them to justify their quote, they couldn't do it. I asked for a copy of the contract that detailed the warranty and they said they don't hold those records so they couldn't provide one. I would seriously have anyone else on the planet do any work for me before I hire AHR again. read more

What a great experience with a home contractor. I've worked with a lot of contractors for my house and I have to say, American Home Remodeling is probably the best I've worked with. John Fiori (Project Coordinator) is on top of his game!. Timely with responses and always delivered as promised. Never pushy and always recommended what's best for us and not what they wanted to sell. Went out of his way to make sure that everything was delivered as promised and on time...Actually, the project was completed ahead of schedule..How great is that! The worst thing I ever did with my mone.Spent over $70.000.000 they had to come back 4 times to fix things that 3 years later are still falling apart I had to get another company to fix certain things that the other company said should have been done. Met with George in June 2021 to get quote for roofing, siding, and gutters. They were expected to start work in early August. Due to pandemic affecting supply chain, the siding wasn't ready until end of September. When the work finally started, they were able to finish in about 2 weeks. I thought they would remove the old cement siding from the 1970s, which I guess they couldn't because it contain asbestos. So they cover it with insulation and put new siding on top of it. One of the workers did make a minor mistake when they took off my doorbell. They put new trim around the door and cover the doorbell wiring. They forgot to make a hole for the wire. When he was going to put the doorbell back on, I try to explain to him its not a wireless doorbell. When he finally understood, he had to take off part of the siding to look for the wire. He also rip off some of the insulation, which I think he did not fix after he put the siding back on. Overall, the finish result came out really nice. read more

I will say the original work went well. It was when the pandemic first started. The crew was here all day and the job got done quickly, a few minor tweaks after the initial job was done and all was good. But a few days after the siding was done, we started getting a leak in my front room. I've had my solar company come patch things up, still a leak. Had a roofing company come, still a leak. The only thing left is the siding. AHR basically refuses to believe it's their fault and IF they return my phone calls (which they never do, I always have to call back) they send a contractor who does the bare minimum says "I don't know" and leaves without doing anything. I finally arrange for a project manager to come out and he basically blows me off by not showing up at all. If you use them, the initial work is good, but you better hope no issues pop up later, because they will leave you to fix their screw up. read more

The day comes so were waiting, I said to my husband maybe call to make sure to they are coming. He does & leave s a voice mail to confirm our appt.. Well a NO SHOW & not even a call. I'm so happy with the job American Home Remodeling did! We had our steps/porch, walkway, and garage floor done. The workers were always professional and courteous. Plus they did an amazing job! Unfortunately, an hour after they fully completed the job, my dog made paw imprints on the new garage floor before the concrete had dried. I called American Home Remodeling for an estimate on new windows John came by gave me an estimate which was reasonable, i thank him and he left. I called him back before he made it to the stoplight asking him to return. Although there was a short wait for the odd sized windows it was well worth the wait. The guys came in at 10:30am and were gone by 2:15. Nine windows installed and all cleaned up. Gone is the drafty dining room and basement! Up next siding. We have used this company 3 times in the past 2 years and have zero complaints with the final product. We first had our siding done which transformed the house into a completely new look. As we were expanding our family we decided to have an addition put on top. Its ultimately a master suite fit for royalty. Everyone that visits is amazed by the work.
