I wanted a trophy that would spurn jealousy in all who gazed upon it and they delivered. I have a majestic 3+ foot tall trophy with a unicorn on top. Screw holes were never in the same place, font would be off center, and the pricing is way too high compared to other places nearby. Do yourself a favor and go to Doc Morgan for your engraving needs. They are cheaper with better and consistent quality.

Steve was able to take my design and perform the etching and cut it out in the shape I needed. It turned out amazing and my daughter is going to love it. Communication with Steve was excellent and he completed the project very quickly; even though it was not a large-scale project. When I picked up my item, I got to see Steve's gallery of work at the shop and was amazed. The range of projects he can tackle, including extremely small intricate pieces, is utterly amazing. I had to go purchase replacements but the first attempted was no charge even for the correct ones, but right so. Odd that the proof was correct but the finished items were incorrect. I located replacement sweaters then we tried again. No proof this time. I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.

Explanation of the 4x markup was due to the possibility of replacement due to a possible mistake on their part....so essentially the cost of doing business or loss due to mistakes are to be paid by consumer according to this companies policy. The hats that are offered by every other embroidery shops weren't offered here for some reason. The shop employees are rude and don't seem to have understanding of basic customer service accountability... BUYER/Consumer BEWARE !! (Rude + Dishonest Establishment)
