If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where do I start? Ok, DO NOT GO HERE! I got scammed into buying over FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of treatment supposedly worth over 10,000 dollars about 3 1/2 years ago. I was told the hair would be GONE, I repeat, 100% GONE, in 6-8 treatments; the sales woman (who was fired for her horrid customer service and lying to customers about results to con them into spending more, as told by MANY of the technicians) said normally it takes 4-6 treatments ONLY to get rid of the hair, but because my hair was darker it would take 6-8 treatments. Not bad right? Ok, fine. After about 3 treatments on my legs, arms and bikini area I saw amazing results, the hair really was disappearing. Then, it stopped. I remained at about 50% hair growth as opposed to the 100% I was promised, or even 75%. Why? It was never explained, and when I asked I was rudely shut down for questioning the company. I got appointments cancelled about 6 or 7 times, once while I was on my way to the appointment and just pulling into the parking lot, and once when I was sitting there waiting after I had already rescheduled for them because the girl's 'babysitter could not handle her kids anymore and had to get home.' I was her last patient of the night and all she had to do were my arms. She was very VERY rude to me too when she told me to go home and didn't even reschedule me. Needless to say she ended up getting fired, again, told in detail by one of the technicians, but how much more unprofessional does it get? From cancelled appointments, to horrid customer service, to rudeness when you enter the door to check in, to inconsistent treatments, this place is just awful, and the laser does not work the way THEY SAY it will. I would have technicians take pictures of my areas, some of which are private, then some wouldn't, but the ones that would insisted it had to be done at every appointment... why? And why did they not all do that? They would ask how my previous treatment was and then 'write notes down' that were magically missing at the next treatment. I got burned so many times from technicians not properly lubricating my skin I have scars that are far from inconspicuous. And, to top it off, I was told I had an expiration date on the package I paid for; yet I heard others did not. 2 years from my last of the initial 6 treatments I had; that was news to me when I heard it. I am also one who has a high tolerance for pain, so I never complained and always asked them to crank up the laser since they said the more painful, the more effective it was. Still my results were 50% or less reduction. No one seemed to care. I was told 'we can work something out and get you more free treatments since it's not working' and that never happened. On my last appointment which was about 8 months ago, after being told I would have my 'file audited' to determine what I was eligible for for the THIRD TIME (twice by the same girl that 'kept forgetting') and would get called back once finished, I never heard from this place again. I really, really regret the time money I wasted on this service, especially at this place. I went through hours and hours of pain that is something I never experienced in my life but I sucked it up to make sure it worked as promised, and it did not. I really feel I am owed a refund but I know I wouldn't get anything, despite the horrific service and countless hours of pain I endured for 3 YEARS. Do not go here if you get laser hair removal, unless you want to be treated like you are subhuman, a waste of time, and an animal in need of endless branding. Can only imagine what they do with all the pictures they take of their patients, too. read more
