One thing I always try to do before writing a review is to read a bunch of the most recent postings on Yelp about any establishment. This place is strange because either people love it or hate it. No one is in the middle. Unfortunately, I'm on the hate it side. There are a few reasons. 1) The rolling thermal scanner technology. I don't buy it. How does someone rolling a device along my cervical vertebra suddenly going to get a reading on how my entire autonomic system is doing? I didn't even have to take off my shirt because he only rolled the device along the back of my neck. Also, I repeatedly saw readings on the screen that made me seriously question whether any of it was valid. 2) If you are scheduled for an appointment, then you should have an adjustment done. But at this place, they use their rolling thermal scanner technology to tell patients that their nervous system is functioning fine and that there is no need for an adjustment. Oh, by the way, you still have to pay the same price as if you went in for an adjustment. This is a practice that should seriously be investigated by health insurance companies. Medical doctors are billed according to specified codes of what they do. Is this place really going to tell me that using the thermal scanner without doing an adjustment is the exact same price as using the thermal scanner and also doing a spinal adjustment? 3) Any chiropractor who asks you for a lot of money up front is a chiropractor who is running some sort of game. It would be like a patient with chronic fatigue syndrome being asked by his/her primary care physician to pay up-front for the next 10 visits. The only type of medical professional who would ever do this is one who is not confident about holding onto that patient. 4) I know four people who went into this place for evaluations and treatments. Despite having different levels of problems ranging from just a little back tightness and shoulder pain (myself) to hip and back problems (my cousin) to moderate problems with premature arthritis (my cousin's friend) to fairly complex back problems from years of powerlifting (my gym buddy), all of us were put on the exact same treatment regimen of going to him 3 times per week for the first month, 2 times per week for the second month, and then 1 time per week for an adjustment plus 1 visit for an evaluation during the third month. This is kind of like me seeing a patient with a scraped knee, another one with a concussion, and a third patient with a broken leg and saying that they all require the same treatment program. 5) I don't like medical professionals who get defensive. I also don't like the feeling of getting set up. When I am asked to lean towards one side while an A-P (anterior to posterior = front-to-back) x-ray is being taken to assess any spinal curvatures and then the following visit the doctor tells me that my spine is curved as if my body was leaning to one side, then I will start carefully questioning that medical care professional. And as you can see from a couple of the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has noticed a certain defensiveness from this place. In the end, all four people I know (myself included) who went to Trevens Chiropractic have gone elsewhere and are very happy with our new chiropractors. If you go into a place and are going to pay your hard-earned dollars, then you need to feel comfortable. I'm lucky because I didn't walk into this place with serious problems, so maybe that helped me pay more attention to what they were actually doing rather than focusing on hope that relief was coming. Since going to my new chiropractor, I can tell you that a great chiropractor can really make a positive difference in your quality of life. But the only guarantee about a shady chiropractor is that he/she will lighten your wallet. Trust your instincts!!! read more

Oh boy. I didn't become suspicious of this place until my first "adjustment". I was pretty trusting at the initial visit when I met with the female doctor who seemed great. However when I came back and was told my treatment plan and then decide to read some reviews it all became very clear. This place is a very thinly veiled scam. I (just like several other negative reviewers on yelp) was told I had to come in 3 times a week for the first month (THREE TIMES A WEEK!!) and then 2 times a week for a month and then once a week for a month. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. That is completely absurd. And the fact that that is pretty much EVERYONE'S treatment plan is ridiculous. I have a fairly generous insurance plan that would pay for 20 visits a year. I was surprised they'd pay for any of it considering the research on the benefits of chiropractic care is still very much up in the air. So I wouldn't have even been able to make it to the end of the second month before I'd be paying out of pocket. I could barely contain my laughter about the rolling thermal scanner. Give me a break, please. I just, I can't.... I wonder if the female doctor and the very nice secretary are aware they are part of a scam this large. I'm sure the doctor must, which is a shame as she seemed very kind. I was there for about an hour and 15 mins for my first adjustment. I was taken very late, "adjusted" for 5 seconds and then forced to lay down for half an hour. During this time I watched an amazing number of people come in and out and all I could think was "holy sh*t they are just sucking people dry." I am not exaggerating when I say I saw at least 15 people on a Tuesday evening in the span of under an hour and a half. It would almost have been funny if it weren't so horrifying. I really hope people do their research on this place. I will never go back here and probably have been turned off to chiropracty as a whole as a result. read more

I went to Trevens Specific Chiropractic soon after I started working in Watertown as I have had chronic (mostly lower) back pain since I was very young. I've always had great experiences with my chiropractors and didn't seem to think there was any reason to be wary of these guys after all the great reviews I read and after I met the very nice staff, including the doctors. I couldn't have been more wrong. I had never had neck problems before I came to Trevens. However, their philosophy is that the neck will throw everything else out of alignment if it isn't "adjusted" (judo chopped?). After extensive specialized x-rays of my neck which are not usually covered by insurance, I went in to get "adjusted." I made it very clear that I only had 12 visits covered by insurance and due to work at a non-profit could not probably continue after. They said they'd discuss continuing once the 12 were up and not before. The 12 appts came and went very fast as they pressed for at least 2 times a week if not 3. After they did, they brought out the paperwork for continuing, which was (as expected) very expensive and out of my price range. It was at this point that I stopped going to them. Immediately after, my neck started to develop the problems my back has for so many years. Now, nearly 3 years later, my neck is filled with trigger points and gives me daily terrible pain, which I go to other, better chiropractors and massages to address. The "treatment" at Trevens, while it may work for some people, should be carefully considered before beginning as it only made my problems much much worse. read more

The staff in here is very friendly, and Dr. Trevens & wife operate the office together. I have been coming in here for therapy since Sept. 2011. I was really hurt (back & neck injuries)from a car accident. Now I feel great with only three months into the treatment. What I love the must about this place is how professional they are. Dr.Trevens takes his time to explain the entire process and shows you the improvement that's been made. What else can I say...... I highly recommend this therapy place. Once again I find myself singing the praises of Trevens Specific Chiropractic. I just finished my daily 3 mile hike! I love spending the time each day hiking outdoors, weather permitting. When the weather doesn't cooperate, I head for the gym and settle for the treadmill. It feels wonderful to be able to exercise and feel so healthy. I value my good health and appreciate Trevens Specific Chiropractic as one of the main reasons I continue to enjoy such an active and happy life. Many years ago I sustained serious soft tissue injury to my neck, shoulder and upper back. The recovery was slow and never complete. Nothing really helped. Traditional medicine offered medication and physical therapy. I also tried massage. I finally found relief and healing working with Dr. Trevens and experiencing specific chiropractic. Recently I experienced what I believe was a flareup related to that initial soft tissue injury. I had severe pain in my right shoulder and upper arm. It responded quite quickly to specific chiropractic treatment and I am thrilled to report that I am again completely pain free. I am 67 and retired. I see so many people my age and younger suffering from debilitating, painful and limiting physical problems and diseases. Many of these people have been taking numerous medications and then have to deal with uncomfortable and concerning side effects. They are at best treating and relieving symptoms and at worst creating other damage to their body and overall health with these medictions. I am so thankful to have been a patient at Trevens Specific Chiropractic for the past 15 years. I am completely convinced that specific chiropractic has kept me healthy, active and prescription free all these years. The doctors and the entire staff are most caring and helpful. They truly care and work very hard to get and keep their patients well and healthy. The atmosphere in the office is very upbeat and positive. My experience at this doctors office has been wonderful and one of healing. I have received care here off and on for years. There have been several doctors come into this practice then move on, however the doctors in there now are lovely and I have referred many people to them over the years. It is a busy office but I always feel I am given the attention and care that I need. They take an interest in me and my healthcare and you can feel the warmness from everyone there. It is a relaxing office and nicely laid out so I feel comfortable. I especially like this type of chiropractics because they are focused on a corrective process. I only get adjusted where and when I need it not just some random popping up and down my spine. Think about it, it just makes sense. My major problems when I started were chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, pain shooting down my arm, low back pain running down my left leg and painful muscle spasms. This constant pain and discomfort made it difficult to work and do household chores. It was sometimes difficult to drive when I was unable to turn my neck without pain or use my left arm. This of course, interferes with my ability to do my job and my hobbies, which was really impacting my life. All of which reduce or go away after treatment and allow me to have better coordination and more strength. I notice when I am under stress things flair up but I go in for an appointment and they fix me up. The most exciting thing for me is that I have even been able to discontinue the use of my pain medication that I hated being on because of stomach upset and other undesirable side effects. After having a problem with a bone in my neck a friend of mine told me about this clinic. It was causing a lot of pain on my left side of my neck and body. I had trouble sleeping, I felt major headache and pain on my arm and knee. During this treatment I have felt less pain and I slept better. It reduces my stress when I am able to sleep better so that has improved and I had not expected that. I have overall been happy with this treatment and feel better and happy now with no more pain. I like going into the clinic because you can tell the doctors and staff care about me and it is a nice office. The treatment is different than I had n the past but it is working for me and my friend was happy here too. read more

I was directed here by my yoga teacher who pointed out that my posture was off balance. I was also having some other health problems at the time that after some time of treatment here started to improve. I had some hayfever and ragweed allergies that were pretty bad. I am always reminded in the Spring around this time that I need to get into Trevens to get an adjustment when stuff starts kicking up. It helps me. I had headaches from the sinus pressure too and chiropractic adjustments helps a lot. it is actually cool because when I think about it I have not needed the allergy medicine for a few years. I had some extensive dental work done a month or so ago and had some jaw pain from it. Went in last week for an appointment and am feeling much better. They know what they are doing. I was in a bad whiplash auto accident this year and immediately felt pain in my neck afterwards. It grew to headaches and general pain when doing simple tasks. I saw Dr. Bill Trevens and he showed me on my x-rays where I had sprained the joints in my neck from my accident. From there I received treatment and after just three adjustments (it's important to see him consistently for the corrections to hold) my pain has significantly reduced from a "7" to a "2" or "1". I've also found a difference in my overall happiness and felt much better overall even before my accident. The staff is very sweet and caring, their demeanor extremely genuine, and I had a great experience especially since this was my first time seeing any Chiropractor, but I can tell from research there are various methods of Chiropractic care. That said, if you are expecting a bunch of cracks down your spine without any x-rays or extensive research on the condition of your joints/bones/body, this doctor is not for you. If you're looking for long-term results and a caring doctor, this is the place to go. A little odd that there are no reviews here for the past three years, but I should reiterate that this place is a little fishy. As other reviews mention, 'specific' chiropractic traces every problem you could possibly have to the atlas bone in your neck, which should give you a bit of pause to begin with. If that doesn't bother you, go ahead and go in for your consultation where you will have a lot of unnecessary X-rays where you will be asked to twist your neck and body into strange positions that are purported to give them a clear view of your askew atlas bone (of course, no one has one in the proper position). Then, you'll get your single adjustment, have a magic wand rolled on your neck, and go sit in a tilting chair for half an hour. You'll be asked to return 3x per week for a few months, wherein you'll mostly have the magic wand rolled on your neck and told to go sit in the tilting chair for half and hour. When your insurance runs out, you'll have a $1-2k treatment program outlined for you, which they'll gladly set up an installment plan for. This review may seem a bit snide, or seeing that I went in with a predisposition disinclined towards chiropractic care, but I don't. I'm a pragmatist, and while I don't know whether chiropractic care works in the manner most claim it to, some of the results I've seen in the past have been positive, so I'm not totally against it. What I am annoyed by is a place that seems to be milking people and insurance companies out of money without really doing anything. I actually don't think I'd be nearly as annoyed if say, when nothing was done, you just went home without paying anything. When you go in and see the people flying through there (seriously, in a half hour - the appointment time that I am used to having at a chiropractor - DC Trevens might fly through 10-15 patients), I can't imagine how much money he makes in an hour if he is charging every person what he proposed to me, and can see why someone like my neurologist, who is obligated to spend a solid hour with me alone is a bit suspicious of someone getting paid by the same insurance company for 2 minutes of actual care + sitting in a tilting massage chair for the rest. I have a hereditary neurological condition that I'll never be rid of, and so I also go to a neurologist, and an orthopedist (the latter of whom suggested I try chiropractic care), and both of them were a bit appalled at what I described. I have a photographic memory, so I was able to reproduce the angles that I was asked to twist at for the X-rays, and both noted that these angles were the reason for the position observed in my atlas bone on the resulting X-rays, not an existing problem. Plus, both also noted that a place so into 'natural' and 'holistic' cures for all your problems would insist on blasting your head with X-rays multiple times per year. Neither of these specialists have ever suggested a radiographic imaging procedure based on my condition. The rolling thermal scan (aka magic wand) was described as exactly this - they will tell you that it is an 'objective' look at your nervous system, but it isn't. Type 'rolling thermography' into your favorite search engine and read the first thing that pops up. It looks like fancy machinery, but isn't. Additionally, after examinations by both of them after about 2 months of care, there was no change at all, and my right hip flexor was actually tighter. I mentioned this when I ceased care with Trevens, and like a good salesperson of course was told I needed more care from them, that my treatment plan needed to be completed before I could see results, and that the tightening was some sort of compensation for years of that pesky atlas being out of wack. If this sounds like persuasive reasoning to you, please contact me because I have some seeds that I can sell you that will grow into a tree that when mature, sprouts gold bullion from its branches - only $499.99 for a limited time. In the end, I'd just stay away. There are plenty of good chiropractors in Watertown, and this isn't one of them. read more

Dr. Trevens is a nice guy and the staff is friendly enough, but I'm not sure I'm sold on the method. I have lower back problems and the practice is solely focused on cracking your neck to ensure your head is on straight (yes, seriously! The idea being that if your head isn't straight, your whole body is mis-aligned.). The office is a bit dingy and equipment is run down. They took 9 X-Rays on an old machine - I'm sure all the radiation took a couple years off my life. Also, be prepared to be "required" to make at least 3 office visits a week. Even with insurance, this gets expensive quickly. I gave up after 3 weeks with the same back pain as when I started. read more

I visited Trevens Specific Chiropractic, and had a horrible experience. I made the appointment to have my back adjusted since I was experiencing pain, and came to the office for my first visit consultation. Be warned! At your first visit they will try to manipulate you and guilt you into thinking that you need a month's worth of therapy, 3 times a week at $65 a pop, and make you agree to this BEFORE they will adjust you! On my first visit I was denied any adjustment, and told I needed to come back for a "findings" visit, when they would discuss with me my "course of treatment". I was lied to on the phone about being able to get an adjustment, AND about the cost! I specifically asked if I would be able to have an adjustment on the first visit because the receptionist was very vague with me, and I specifically asked about the fees, and both times the receptionist lied to me. Their therapy method is to do some small adjustment to your neck (even when the problem is your lower back), have you lay still for 15 minutes, and then return for all of your follow ups. I've NEVER been to an office that is so outwardly crooked. I think this doctor is a scam artist and a thief, and I left, still in pain, livid after my experience there. It must happen a lot, too, because when I voiced my concerns and told the staff I'd been given wrong information, they all went stone faced, like they were well practiced dealing with angry customers. Great chiropractic experience for me and my kids! I've suffered from low back pain, due to a herniated disc, for years. After other disappointing chiropractic experiences I was skeptical. Then a colleague of my husband's recommended Dr. Trevens. Upper cervical care was a revelation to me, and it made sense. Since starting with Trevens, my back pain is pretty much gone- I am able to do everything I used to do and then some. Dr. Trevens has also been wonderful for my children. My daughter has suffered from numerous ear infections. And although she occasionally still gets them, Trevens' care has significantly reduced the occurrences. Not only that, but when she does get an ear infection, adjustments have helped her bounce back much quicker- without the use of antibiotics! And whenever someone isn't feeling well, Dr. Trevens is our first stop, even before our primary care. Getting an adjustment and making sure the body is working properly, has greatly reduced the need for antibiotics and other medications in our lives- a great thing! The other day my four year old son had a virus with a high fever. I suspected he needed an adjustment- and was right. Within a few hours after the adjustment, his fever was reduced significantly, and the next day he was back to his regular self. To boot, Dr. Trevens and his wife are super kind, caring people. Before my first visit I read these reviews and gave them a try. After seeing them for some time I couldn't find any information that reflected my experience here, so I thought I would share incase anyone else had the same problems. My first visit was great, Both Dr Trevens and Mekas were friendly, caring and the staff was great. Patients seemed happy and relaxed. They took those x-rays, and I scheduled an appointment to go over the results. I went in a few days later and had my first adjustment. This was after whiplash so I was experiencing a constant tension headache from the sore muscles. After that first adjustment I had the worst headache I had ever experienced. It was suggested that I avoid taking any pain killers as they cause more harm than good and I was nervous that would effect my results from the adjustment. They told me to use ice and heat to alleviate the headache. That didn't work. I was sick all weekend with painful headaches that would quite literally move around my head. After doing some research I saw stories about people having strokes after these adjustments. Not wanting to jump to conclusions I called Dr Trevens back and he put me to some ease about that worse case scenario and I felt better after 3 days. They told me this was tracing through past pains, which made sense because of the variety of headaches that I had in that short time. (And was similar to other alternative treatments I have gone through) My next visit was better, the headache was not as bad. I still felt injured after the adjustment and had to rest far more than the suggested 20 minutes. I gave the 3 times a week thing a full go and sometimes the headache would come right after, sometimes it would take a few hours or maybe a day, but I was sure to need some serious relief by the end of the day (Ice heat and repeat). It got to the point where co-workers were telling me I looked bad because the headaches would just keep me up for hours and drain me of energy. I could barely hold my head up while sitting at my desk. (They told me to rest my head as much as I could. Not very practical at work.) I kept voicing my concerns when I really should have gone with my gut. I was continually told this was part of the tracing process and it would get much better. I missed one of my appointments due to scheduling and my headache got better. Then I skipped the next one intentionally... yep the headache was gone. I called and canceled further treatment as it was clearly the cause of these constant headaches. Since stopping the treatments my headaches have been back to my "normal" rather than the worst possible pain. I'm glad this treatment works for other people, but it simply did not work for me and I wish they had said that this was not the right treatment for me. 3 months was too long to be in so much pain, but I wanted to share this so that other people, who might have worried about the inevitable google search of linking strokes to this treatment, that those headaches do go away... if you stop treatment. I was stuck in a nervous state of having the worse feeling stay if I didn't "see the treatment through". But my gut kept telling me to stop. Listen to your gut. read more

I have been under care for over 14 years and during that time my general health and well-being have become and remained excellent. I always find the doctors at Trevens Specific Chiropractic to be professional, caring and very helpful. The clinic in Watertown is a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and I look forward very much to my appointments there. From the very beginning of my care I found that I was not experiencing colds or flu nearly as often and noticed an improvement in my ability to recover more quickly when they did occur. I was amazed that I physically just felt better, my energy level increased immensely and my sleep patterns improved. The bottom line is that I have experienced and maintained good health and a high energy level which has allowed me to feel better than ever before. All the doctors and staff here are caring and committed. When I suffered from severe headaches and back aches I was referred to this office by an acquaintance. In addition to the pain I had difficulty concentrating, always felt fatigued and poor memory. Since having the treatments here, my headaches are gone and I notice improvement with the other problems I mentioned and I have a much more positive attitude. I had a very debilitating illness that I had to cope with for 2 1/2 years. I had a very limited lifestyle and there were times when I thought I would never be able to achieve my goals and other ambitions as a dancer and artist. After many different doctors basicly telling me just to "rest and you'll be better" or "unfortunately with Fibromyalgia (what they call my chronic pain condition) there is no set immediate cure" I became even more frustrated. Dr. Bill Trevens is a LIFESAVER; it's as simple as that. Several years ago I went from being a hard-charging corporate type to thinking about signing up for a lifetime of disability while physically wasting away almost overnight. All hope had gone for me. If I hadn't found his practice by researching the Internet, I wouldn't know where I'd be today. Instead, since then he has helped me recover from debilitating conditions ranging from the loss of balance, acid reflux, inability to concentrate, blurred vision, to the loss of sensitivity in almost all of my senses and more. Because of his skilled hands, genuine interest for his patients, and incomparable knowledge in upper cervical care, I have turned from a disabled person to one who successfully started his own business, wrote a book about it, and now holds a normal life. This is even more astonishing because a year's worth of physical exams from head to toe at the Lahey Clinic led to the pronouncement that there was nothing wrong with me even as I lost my ability to focus and function at work. I consider Dr. Trevens a God-send because I had run out of options. Apparently a sports injury almost 18 years earlier had caused a direct misalignment of my cervical bones. This misalignment led to major damages to my nerves over such a long period of time. All the physical symptoms that I had suffered years prior now had an explanation. For the longest time I couldn't figure out why I was having more physical ailments despite being relatively young. I've learned that if your physical symptoms are caused by compressed nerves in your neck, there is no other treatment than upper cervical care. No amount of drugs or even surgery (who wants that?) can help you if that is indeed the cause. If this is your case, don't hesitate to find out. If you are suffering physically you owe it to yourself to get it checked out by an upper cervical doctor. Dr. Trevens has my full confidence and trust. My wife no longer suffers from years of nerve pains in her shoulder or tension headaches. My kids also get cared for as needed. We are grateful for his treatment and our improved health. I wouldn't be taking time from my busy schedule to write this if I didn't feel compelled that my experience with Trevens Specific Chiropractic could help others restore their lives physically and maybe even emotionally. I had an extremely negative experience with Trevens Chiropractic. I wasn't completely sold on the methodology, and because I voiced my skepticism, I was met with an abrupt outburst of anger, and asked to leave. Well, I barely made it out of the office without losing it (back pain + being yelled at = a very fragile patient!). On the way home, in tears, I called my friend who had recommended them. She admitted that Dr. Trevens has a terrible bedside manner, and a quirky, anti-social, "almost preacher-like personality." I wish she had warned me! Sounds like others have had a far better experience, but I would highly advise staying away from this business. read more

I have been going to Dr. Trevens and Dr. Wright (both at Trevens Specific Chiropractic) for many years now for back injuries and for check-up visits. I recommend them very highly! They are always friendly and helpful, they explain what they are doing, they're happy to answer questions, they don't do an adjustment if the adjustment isn't necessary, and most importantly (to me) they have helped me heal from a number of lower back injuries (including terrible sciatica from a herniated disc). There are many chiropractors closer to where I live, but I drive 30 minutes to Trevens because I trust them to take good care of me. read more

I feel blessed to know Dr. Trevens and his wonderful family. You will not find a doctor who cares more about you than Dr. Trevens. He takes the time to find the source of what ails you, which is not the kind of care you get at many doctors offices! He wants to help anyone who is looking for help with acute or chronic problems. Dr. Bill Treven's gave me my life back......what more can I say! I had never heard of upper cervical chiropractics and was fortunate enough to hear an advertisement on the radio for this procedure. I had tried physical therapy, other chiropractors and acupuncture for chronic pain since my motor vehicle accident. My accident took me out of ICU nursing and I had three children to care for. I had constant back and neck pain with tingling and burning down both arms and legs. I was on several medications to make life bearable. To make a long story short, my pain is gone thanks to Dr. Treven's and I've returned to my profession. It's amazing how pressure at the atlas and axis level can cause so much grief. (The word ridiculous is in the word ridiculopathy) which describes the referred pain one experiences from spinal nerve compression. I have no doubt that millions of people are suffering with pain and disease needlessly. The front desk staffer was wonderful, but the Dr. was terrible - uncaring, unprofessional, and unhelpful. He may have been a great chiropractor in the past, but he seems burnt-out and ready for a change of career. read more

I surfed how to find a good Chiropractor on the Internet, I came up with a list of things to be on the lookout for because it indicates caution, Recommending expensive X-Rays before they treat you, telling you that you need many appointments & will need to come 3 times per week after just meeting you & so on. Despite this, as I was desperate, I saw them for over a month & felt no relief at all, there technique was different from any other Chiropractors I have successfully seen, & not effective at all for me. Very nice receptionists but the doctors seem to overly rely on their gadgets & machines, instruments & computers, they spent all this time looking at them & avoiding eye contact with me? They 'tested' my neck to tell me what my spine was doing. No other Chiropractor I ever saw has done this. Then they, not you decide whether you get a treatment or not, more often they did not treat me. I went to them & did not get treatment. Even when I knew my back was out. They said all kinds of things that I imagine was to assure me to come back but no real healing came from my appointments. After all was said & done, I left without getting treated several times & I paid a co-payment & my insurance got billed for the full amount each time. Having been seeing chiropractors for over fifteen years, I'm afraid to say Mr. Trevens was one of the worst I've ever been to. He is a very nice person, but his methods are flawed. I went to see him after I moved to the area. Normally one or two sessions with a chiropractor would alleviate any neck pain or stiffness no matter the severity, but when I went to him it took over five treatments and it was quite expensive. He really didn't do anything except have me lie still for fifteen minutes in a room and then slam down on my neck while I was in a kneeled position, which was extremely uncomfortable. The actual "treatment" took less than 2 seconds. He then kept pushing for me to come in two-three times a week for regular adjustments, which I felt was absurd; especially for the amount he was charging. Worst of all my neck now regularly cracks since I went to him. Having had to rely on chiropractic care for many years, it's safe to say I've looked elsewhere for treatment. read more
