None of them helped me at all and the last one resulted in me being bed ridden for the entire next day! I explained this to the owner, and requested a refund for the treatment. His response included- "If your symptoms persist, we suggest you visit a hospital"! He also said it wasn't their fault! Since I was OK when I went there the previous afternoon, and the next day couldn't get out of bed due to headaches and severe fatigue, I do not think it was a coincidence! I asked for a refund for the last treatment. He refused. The cost was $263. End result was that I spent a total of $993. and got 2 days of relief....Do not recommend for long covid relief!

I have no knowledge of their actual healthcare providers. I can tell you that their administrative office has some of the worst processes I've ever encountered in a healthcare environment. After over three months of errors, including: - Sending an online PDF document (that can't be filled out, so you have to print it out and mail it back - very 90s). - When sending requests for records from my husband's doctors, they just sent a pile of paperwork with the actual request on the bottom of the stack, so his doctors didn't know they were required to do anything (2 out of the 3 thought they were just being updated on my husband's treatment). It took us calling the doctors (not the clinic, mind you) to figure out what happened. - After telling my husband that he would need a psych eval from their doctor and that it could be telehealth, after all this (we are now 3 months into just trying to get an initial appointment), he was told he'd "have to come in". This, despite knowing that he is agoraphobic. At this point I left two messages (again - if you call their office after hours they do not identify themselves under any name) and underscored my frustration at the delays. I said that their atrocious office processes have delayed things to an unacceptable degree and to either straighten out the mess and provide an appointment or we would be going somewhere else. Instead of admitting their errors or at the very least apologize for the confusion and delays, they gaslit my husband and told him that, based on my phone calls, they would not take him as a patient. If that is their reaction, imagine if anything went wrong with a treatment. They'd blame the patient. No way am I putting my husband at such a risk. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this clinic, and their doctors should worry about their reputation being linked to it. I already have calls into the State of NH Health Department, the Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General's Office, Psychology Today, and plan to also call the American Medical Association.
