Now I'm responsible for paying for services that aren't being rendered; because I'm trapped in a contract with a third party finance company. I have tried to call the office several times and no one ever answers the phone. I decided to drive there last week and the receptionist decided to take her lunch break even though, she didn't have anyone to relieve her. One of the technicians came out to speak with me and gave me the number to the office manager. She told me that the manager would be able to help sort out the problem with the finance company. However, I haven't received a call and probably won't. I should sue this place.

The person who was to perform my first CP service did not have the common courtesy to come and tell me that I only had 10 mins remaining for my appt. Again, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!! Buyers beware, read your contract bc they will not refund your money in my case $600.00 if you don't cancel within 3 days of your contract. Someone was suppose to call me today and it 1:07 pm - no call back yet. Close this facility down!! Again, It's DEPRESSING as soon as you walk in there, DAUNTING, DARK even in the waiting room and does not look SANITIZED nor CLEAN !!! Even the outside of the building look GLOOMY. The staff is a joy and take their time making sure they answer all your questions and inform you of everything you need to know to about the tools used and how to keep your skin safe during the process. They are medical professionals not just licensed estheticians. Now it is a little pricey but considering that the hair removal is permanent, you are saving a lifetime's worth of money on shaving or waxing. But they offer VERY reasonable payment plans. So if you're insecure about or being truly bothered by facial/body hair, I highly recommend.

The receptionist was very nice, and the nurse was outstanding-- full of information, friendly, comforting. Dr. Weiss was extremely clear about the procedure, took time to address my geeky questions about the cool vein-finding technology, and addressed all our issues. The procedure was quick and involved minimal discomfort. They set our expectations for the post-procedure recovery appropriately and outlined options if there was need for more vein removal. My daughter and I could not have been happier with the entire experience, including cost and, importantly, results!

What I got was a "I don't treat kids, and I can't tell you what that is" and a bill for wasting my time.
