Now I'm responsible for paying for services that aren't being rendered; because I'm trapped in a contract with a third party finance company. I have tried to call the office several times and no one ever answers the phone. I decided to drive there last week and the receptionist decided to take her lunch break even though, she didn't have anyone to relieve her. One of the technicians came out to speak with me and gave me the number to the office manager. She told me that the manager would be able to help sort out the problem with the finance company. However, I haven't received a call and probably won't. I should sue this place.

The staff is a joy and take their time making sure they answer all your questions and inform you of everything you need to know to about the tools used and how to keep your skin safe during the process. They are medical professionals not just licensed estheticians. Now it is a little pricey but considering that the hair removal is permanent, you are saving a lifetime's worth of money on shaving or waxing. But they offer VERY reasonable payment plans. So if you're insecure about or being truly bothered by facial/body hair, I highly recommend.

I'd check into a variety of sources prior to selecting American Laser.
