Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome -- it met my expectations for a maintenance session. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. Scheduling was a bit challenging, and despite being the first appointment of the day, the doctor was late. During the treatment, the application felt a bit rushed, gel all over plus I wasn't confident that all intended areas -- specifically my nose -- were treated. My nose and forehead didn't react or flake like they typically do (whereas my cheeks that got much more thorough passes of the laser did). I wasn't given any prep or post-care instructions, though to be fair, I didn't specifically ask. When I inquired about pricing for recommended future treatments (chest and face), I wasn't able to get a clear answer -- the receptionist gave an estimate but emphasized it wasn't exact, "don't quote me on that" (... sorry but I'm asking for a quote...) Overall, while I'm pleased with the results, I might look elsewhere next time.

Therapy was painful at the beginning, but Savleen was always encouraging and so kind and patient. She was comforting through my pain and talked me through some difficult moments. She gave me exercises to do at home on the days I didn't attend PT. Two weeks out from surgery and I have just about regained full mobility and am so grateful for the entire staff. Appointments were easy to make and the girls who work at the front desk were helpful in figuring out an insurance issue and making my frequent appointments. I was able to come to therapy after work, so scheduling was convenient. I can definitely recommend Towson PT.

Everything about her is phenomenal from how warm and cozy her room to her bedside manner. She doesn't talk a lot (which I like), she was mannerly and pleasant and only asked questions to ensure my enjoyment and comfort. This is definitely one of those facials where I fell asleep. Because my birthday is in December there were nice Christmas decorations sprinkled throughout.

I was told it would be 30 mins long and to come in a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. The time is 2:30pm having left my job to come here on my lunch break - arriving 10 minutes early at 1:50pm. I am being told it will be another 10 mins before they can begin the scan. Had I know it would be nearly an hour before starting what should have started a whole lunch break, I would have chosen any other location but this one. Good thing they weren't busy today. Who knows what this place might look like with another person before me.

Thank you one thousand times to "De'Zha" who had me leaving feeling normal and smooth as I should after my Brazilian and underarms. My was session felt completely normal as to what I'm used to. De'Zha is quick, efficient and doesn't handle your sensitive area like she's trying to pull spikes off a porcupine. My trauma story from the other is down below. Take my word for it. De'Zha is who you want to see if you're looking for a switch. I've been doing this for 10yrs and I know a thing or two about how I should feel after a wax. Itching, burning, red spots and bumpy isn't one of them. I temporarily live in Baltimore coming from Cali but I still need to keep up with the maintenance The wax specialist I went to twice is WAY aggressive with her waxing. I couldn't understand why I had these issues. Come to find out that my skin was being ripped leaving small minor lacerations causing me all types of irritation and I noticed right away during the session. I has little raised bumps along the bikini line in some areas. My vagina lips would burn. The second time around I had to put a small amount of natural mango butter on the "labia majora" larger vagina lips to get some extra healing and relief. I had major irritation ladies and gents. I'm a brown tone woman and there's no reason I should see pinkish reddish tent on my vagina lips. There's no reason I should wipe after a few days and I see balls of skin on my white cloth. My apologies ahead of time. I won't mention any names here. You'll know who's aggressive and who's not. Please take my word for it, Just go with De'Zha if this is your first time at this location.
