I left them outside per their instructions but no one showed up. The antique dressers and woodworks sat in the rain. When I called DAV at 1705 hrs, DAV rep says they wouldn't pick those items up because they are too large YET NO ONE COULD CALL AND SAY THAT. I give up trying to help out DAV.
