I played at Glenlakes Golf and Country Club for a Veterans day tournament and it was a fantastic…read moreday of golf. Granted it was cold and windy for the better half of the day. It did warm up later in the day though the wind did not let up. The golf tournament was a huge success and they had success. Lots of silent auctions items and well as raffles unfortunately I did not win any of the great prizes offered. Maybe next time my luck will be better. The course was in a good shape and the group I was with had a fun day of golf. Luckily, we had a good grouping and all of us contributed to a low score, not enough to come in on the top 3. So if you know someone who is a member hit them up and play a round, I'm sure you will enjoy your time out in the sunshine.

Hoa has got to be one of the worst in the country, it is super expensive, and the guards are constantly driving around looking for the smallest violation, including damage to homes that are caused by their property (eg. hoa owned well water stains). Some neighbors can be very nosy and snitchy as well. Be careful.

The point of the membership is to make Chuck E Cheese the go-to for parents to let their children play. It is suppose to be convenient. If I come everyday to play, I would be more enticed to purchase the play zone area if the price were lowered. In reality, that would be $25 a week, and I would be more certain to purchase it every time. With the playhouse being wrist-band only, you kind of are put in a position where you have to buy the play zone area every time you come, because the area is usually unattended so children feel free to go play (as they should) and are extremely disappointed and probably confused when they are kicked out or told they have to get off. When I was a kid, the play area was free. If you are going to charge for the play zone, charge on weekends only $15 and please lower the price for parents with memberships. I love the management of the location, very kind. But the pricing of the play area is why I am giving this a 2/5. Otherwise; I appreciate Chuck E Cheese. I've been going since I was a child over 20 years ago, and want to bring my children to enjoy it in the way that I did.

The place is impeccably decorated upstairs and down for the holiday. If dropped off in the front there is an elevator. If dropped off in the rear it's a short walk no stairs. Sometimes games are out of service, but it is not too challenging to locate an employee who is usually quick to fix things and refund your lost credits. The people working the front desk usually offer us a good deal where we only pay for the shoes and that is super helpful because I could not imagine paying over $30 to go bowling and having my son give up halfway through the first game. The prize shop has a solid variety of candies/treats and toys that are well priced for their ticketed value. Overall, for fortyish dollars my son and I have a pretty good time gaming for an hour and a half on an ordinary day.
