I'd like to petition that if someone has a monthly membership, that the bounce house and adventure zone price is lowered to $5. 10-12$ to play per day is wild. The point of the membership is to make Chuck E Cheese the go-to for parents to let their children play. It is suppose to be convenient. If I come everyday to play, I would be more enticed to purchase the play zone area if the price were lowered. In reality, that would be $25 a week, and I would be more certain to purchase it every time. With the playhouse being wrist-band only, you kind of are put in a position where you have to buy the play zone area every time you come, because the area is usually unattended so children feel free to go play (as they should) and are extremely disappointed and probably confused when they are kicked out or told they have to get off. When I was a kid, the play area was free. If you are going to charge for the play zone, charge on weekends only $15 and please lower the price for parents with memberships. I love the management of the location, very kind. But the pricing of the play area is why I am giving this a 2/5. Otherwise; I appreciate Chuck E Cheese. I've been going since I was a child over 20 years ago, and want to bring my children to enjoy it in the way that I did. read more

We had our child's birthday party here today and everything went so well! All the staff were very sweet and accommodating, and our party host, Kaylee was amazing! She was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The birthday was a success and it was nice to be able to enjoy seeing our child play and have fun, and not to have to worry about the small details of the party. After several visits this months this Chuck-E-Cheese location is incredibly disappointing. Over 7 games were broken, with several either taking swipes without awarding points or not functioning at all. Despite reporting the issues, I was told by staff that management said it wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. None of the broken games had out-of-order signs, so kids wasted their time and tokens on machines that didn't work. The place feels neglected and far from the fun, well-maintained Chuck-E-Cheese I remember. Very frustrating experience--save your money and go elsewhere!!!!! read more

This by far the newest/cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I've been to. We came here for a birthday party. We've been to the Carrolwood and the Clearwater Chuck E. Cheese and this one is definitely newer. You can tell it's less dingy. The one major difference though is there isn't as much to do for littler kids (think three and under). The one in Carrolwood has more rides for the littlest ones, whereas this one is pretty much all games. It was great for my five year old, who really enjoyed himself. It was pretty busy at 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, but most of the time the kids didn't have to wait to play games. If you were waiting, it was for someone to finish playing in front of you. The one place that was a super long line was to redeem tickets for toys. Before we left, I saw it get really really long. They need a way to make that more efficient. Otherwise, this is a great place to throw a birthday party. There's plenty of parking and it's close to the Krate in case people want to check it out after (we did.) The kids got pizza, drinks and dippin dots, (the dippin dots were a nice surprise). They also got two hours of game play, which by the end felt like a long time (probably not for the kids, but it did for me). There are a lot of lights and sounds, so if that overwhelms you, this isn't the spot for you. Even the Chuck E. Cheese mascot seems cleaner. This was my first visit to Chuck E Cheese. I was invited to a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised at the overall organization, food and entertainment. This location is newer so everything appeared clean and functioning well. There is a clear delineation of arcade games for toddlers vs older kids. For the birthday party, we had cheese and pepperoni pizza and I was pleasantly surprised that it can give Papa Johns a run for his money. Aha. We also had dippin dots, which is a nice party addition. The souvenir cups and the party favors were a nice touch as well. Chuck E Cheese does make an appearance to all the parties hosting birthday at one time, which got a bit chaotic, understandably. Overall, not a bad first time. However, I need to see what the price is like during a normal visit. read more

Terrible! Been to every Chuck E. Cheese in NYC. Everything works in those. Surprisingly pleasant employees. This place is a nightmare. Came Monday early. More than half of the machines are broken. Overpriced, sure everyone knows that. Doesn't mean the staff has to be so rude. Only customers paying for something, but when you stop to think before you order, they storm off and give a child a pencil eraser over you in disgust. We went here to meet with family to let the kids play and enjoy some pizza. We walked in thinking they were understaffed so our wait was expected. One girl was at the counter taking kids token orders. Five minutes went by and Another guy came from the back and went into a room where he called for help. There were actually a few more workers just casually hanging out. No big deal everyone needs a break so we moved on. Moving on to quite a few games not working & the women's bathroom floor being flooded without attention. I guess We will move to the couple good things...The pizza for the kids was hot and fresh. Took My nephew for his birthday and the main point was he had a blast. First off if you are working with kids and birthdays you should be friendly and not have a face like you don't want to work there . Little kids don't know any better but the paying parents or aunts and uncle don't appreciate rudeness or while being talked to looking in a different location instead of the person asking questions. My other issues the amount of games that didn't work or the few games you played that didn't release tickets due to error and you had to go searching for a game attendant . The bathrooms could have been cleaner as well . I think if more games worked and the staff was friendlier it would have been a great day here . Cheese and it had a lot of kids for a birthday party which made it feel even smaller. The employees there were nice but definitely looked like they didn't like their job. On 08.06.19 my mother was ordering a pizza for about $15.50 and swiped her card. The system I guess had been shutting down and they have been experience computer issues. The employee said that her card didn't go through so she paid cash. Later on she checked her account and the her card was charged $15.50. I called and the employee said he will get his manager and put me out hold. It was obviously they were blowing me off and was on hold for 17 min. If your experiencing system issues than you should stop taking credit card payments or fix the system before taking card payments. I'm sure many other people got over charged. Just another company that will avoid you by putting you on hold for 17 min and playing their horrible waiting music. read more

Here to celebrate my nephews 3rd birthday on a Saturday (Yes I know). It was hectic as expected but this is Chuck E. Cheese. The facility is well maintained considered their usage rate. Unfortunately the bumper cars were not functional. With the multiple gaming options I'm sure the kids didn't even notice. The staff were professional, very engaging and personal. I've visited this location on multiple occasions, as well as held my daughters birthday there last year. Very clean, newer machines and they all work, the staff are courteous and helpful. The bumper car ride is a hit. I enjoy Chuck E Cheese pizza, it's just a bit greasy. Also, their chocolate cake is delicious! Honestly, get the whole thing even if it's not your birthday! Holding a birthday party here is the easiest ever. I set it up online, showed up 10 minutes before and they handle everything! You're given a personal party host who goes out of their way to make sure you and your guests have food, drinks and tokens. They also take care of ALL clean up. This is the easiest party you'll ever hold and the kids LOVE it. One suggestion would be to have a staff member always at or very near to the bumper cars. There's never anyone there, so then you have to walk around and find an employee to come over. read more

I highly advise everyone to never order the individual pizza! I took my niece and nephew here. I ordered the individual pizza for $8.99. I wanted sausage on my pizza so they charged an additional $1.99. When it was brought to my table, I was shocked, and that's putting it mildly, at the extremely small size of the pizza! The pizza was round but if you reshaped it, it would equal the size of one small piece of pizza . . . and there was not much to it . . . very flat. We put a down payment before to secure the date and when we arrived they did not provide us with any help till we got inside . I did the MEGA package and we did not get everything on that package . They did not let Chucky sing happy birthday for my son alone , we were interrupted by other kids. My child did not dance by himself with Chucky because the other kid was trying to dance with Chuck as well. when I asked if we can have a moment with Chucky for our son birthday, The helper that was suppose to help us said no we do not allow this even though the mega package says that Chucky will be singing happy birthday with the child and doing birthday dance. I am so disappointed and I am so mad at the bill and how they overcharged us with food, even though we did not get that when I discussed this with the Manager, she was very rude and kept talking over me like we were from the streets . Today we had my sons birthday party at the new Chuck E. Cheese in the Groves/Wesley Chapel. I have to say they did a fantastic job! I love this location! It is clean, the machines work great! You can always easily Find someone to help you. I have always stayed away from Chuck E Cheese because in my past experience they have been dirty, half of the machines broke, ate my tokens or didn't produce tickets. (such as the Carrollwood location). I am very pleased with Wesley Chapel and will return as a regular customer. The salad bar shocked me with their fresh ingredients and again clean area. This was a great location. Our family had a great time and the entire place was spotless. Can you imagine keeping a Chuck E. Cheese spotless with just a few customers? The only thing I wish is If you order from your table, it all can be brought out to the table. Dave and Busters has this business model and it's less chaotic. I've come back to Chuck E Cheese's at The Grove a couple of times since my last review. In fact, I'm still here. I've found the best times to come are during major events such as the Super Bowl or right when they open. We arrived right at open and there weren't too many people. The value deals are a great buy. Our favorite now is number three, which includes a large pizza, four drinks, and 80 tokens, all for $40 bucks. Not too bad. Considering all games are one token, it's a good couple hours before she's burned through all of the tokens in between chowing down on some pizza. The food is actually really good. The pizza is fresh and hot. I like the kid-sized slices and the salad bar is always kept fresh and clean and is delicious and perfect for anyone who wants to skip the pizza. We've had a great time and the attendants are helpful and polite. I'm glad I decided to come back again. read more

This location is one of the cleaner, well-kept CeC's I've ever been to and I've been coming to them as a parent or a kid since 1980. 2 things to be aware of: I was playing ski ball and I noticed that after scoring 26,000 the machine spit out 4 tickets when in fact I'm supposed to get 8. I complained to a clerk who opened the machine up, gave me 4 more tickets and walked away without saying a word. How many people got shorted tickets? Are they not counting on people double-checking to see if they received the appropriate amount of tickets? Secondly, when we went to try and cash in our tickets, we did a hand count of 1,013. When the girl counted them herself, she had 953 and VERY QUICKLY tried to shuffle our tickets into the trash. I said "whoa whoa whoa...." I made her recount them and she got my number. I'm getting the impression that CeC has their fingers on the scales. That being said, the pizza has improved since the 80s. It was excellent. As a purist, I miss "arcade games" but whatever. Things change. Over all it's a good place for a kids party if you just want to show up and have stuff done. read more

The cashiers were not too friendly, looked like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Got back in line for simething later took quite a while with 3 people in front of me and 2 cashiers. There was barely any napkins anywhere had to go to tables across the way to get some then put the tickets thru the ticket muncher and there was no reciept paper had to wait for la long time for someone to help with that finally. I will say the food was hot that we ordered and the girl Makayla behind the prize counter she was awesome and saw we had to wait on someone at ticket muncher she even apologized for the wait, noone else did and noone else really seemed to care what the hell was goong on in there today and it was not overly crowded either. Pretty solid location. The staff for the most part is extremely friendly and the food is decent. They have an older old store manager with white hair that has been fired/moved locations but I think he is back which is a bummer but other than that it's a solid location and I honestly can't complain to much. If you purchase your credits mon-fri you get 100 for $20 and on the weekends it's $100 for $25 so just go in the weekdays and purchase a whole bunch read more
