Curiously I find this to be true of many businesses, non profit or for profit in the South and particularly in Savannah, where it seems to be acceptable not to acknowledge business and professional email inquiries for months or at all, as if they are simply not important or spam. My experience in dealing with their front of house reception has likewise been unflattering to this organization. The person was quite aloof if not rude when I asked if I could speak with the person who handles rentals for the venue. She wouldn't even give a name! Nobody is that important. Also, don't bother emailing to their: questions@seniorcitizens-inc.org, which is the address provided on the contact page of their website. You will never get a response! So unprofessional.
