(Im writing a review on my friends account....)…read more I am port huron born and raised... I visited my hometown for my birthday. I was there with FAMILY and FRIENDS! Mind you I am a manager in the restaurant industry.. I understand it gets busy.... VERY busy at times. We forget and make mistakes at times... My bartender MATT was so caught up serving his regulars that he forgot I existed... I stayed patient.... Very patient..... so much so that the new customers being served were telling him that I had been there before they were.... I have been to wrigleys center before.. but when I'm first at the rail, and my sister, father, cousin, friend, girlfriend, etc.. gets served before me...(WHEN I HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE BEFORE ANY OF THEM) it's upsetting to most... I speak up to MATT... and say, " Sir, I've been waiting 25 minutes plus.. what's going on?,". And in response he replies, " you act like everybody here hasn't been waiting the same amount of time..,". And he walks away.. I don't want to seem needy or conceited. But rotation is ROTATION! You have a SECTION of the BAR you're supposed to SERVE. I watched this bartender serve my aunt, because she called his name a million times, I watched him serve his friends from outside of work... I watched him WALK PAST ME to serve another woman who walked up 15 minutes after me.... Even she was questionable about why he did something like that... he says in response, "OH!....I am getting them next!". HE NEVER DID..... Listen people , .....MATT from Wrigleys ------ Is one of the most irresponsible//arrogant bartenders I have ever met.... It took my cousin (who is a local to the bar) to get my drink immediately.... And even then, he did not get my drink right... I asked for a whiskey//soda water.... PLEASE TELL ME WHY HE SERVED ME AH WHISKEY REDBULL!!?!!!?? I would totally understand if he had OTHER CUSTOMERS at this point... but I was one three people at the rail that had not been served at this point.... REGARDLESS!!!! This type of work ethic is disappointing... I am not looking for perfection, I AM NOT looking for quickness, SHIT, NOBODY IS PERFECT..... EVERY BODY SCREWS UP... BUTTTTT... To mess up your own ROTATION??? So much so that other bartenders have to start taking your section???? THATS AWFUL... Matt... I really hope you were just having an off day.. so disappointed!!!!

So this is a really neat idea for downtown. Mainly useful for live events. They have various…read morefood vendors which are pretty great (what the fry for instance which is a local staple). There are also social areas and games in the common areas. I actually liked the stage area and the bar access They also have a self serve tap. Didn't use it so not sure how it works. I think you pre buy and then just head up to the tap Lots of good ideas hope they continue to build on it!

I just used crown party rental and they did me right. The equipment showed up on time, the guys…read moreeven helped us put up a smaller tent that they didn't rent to us. They came and picked the equipment up on the correct day. Everything went as smooth as it could.

Very poor customer service. Graduation party for son scheduled to start at 4 pm last Saturday June…read more22 our tent , tables and chairs not delivered till 4 pm that day. It was scheduled to be set up on Friday afternoon, they never showed and did not return phone call till 1 am on Saturday. Strung us along all day Saturday with when they would be dropping of tent, tables and chairs. Tent when finally delivered was very dirty, they clearly do not know how to run a buisness. If you want a successful stress free event do no use this company.

They were some of the sweetest ladies I have even encountered at banquet hall. Polite as can be and effectively getting their work done without looking stressed. I loved seeing their genuine kindness and their hard work married together seamlessly. They got their job done all the while being super nice every step of the way. My kids don't drink pop and the bartender offered me both lemonade and iced tea for them. When she saw me smile she offered to make them Arnold Palmers which was spot on because we were there for a golf tournament luncheon. She knew it was a golf event so she said thought that would be fitting and that's my kiddos favorite. It was so sweet of her to offer to make them and she also made them perfect! The food was superb. So many of my favorites and everything was delicious. The salad and rolls were top notch and everything that followed just had to make it onto my plate :) Breaded chicken with choices of alfredo or marsala sauce, great pasta choices, perfect green beans. Some of the best buffet food I have ever enjoyed. The ambience was perfect for a banquet hall. I will be recommending this little gem to everyone. You should book now before everyone I know gets their name on the books. Kudos to the chefs, staff, and owners for putting together such a stellar venue for all kinds of events. It was an overall hole-in-one event!!!

Recently attended a wedding here. Have never been to here for an event. I was pleasantly…read moresurprised. The food was very good. My family, especially my picky husband, was impressed with the buffet. Usually not a favorite for us. Additionally, I had noted gluten free for an allergy, they were more than accommodating, and bent over backwards and prepared a lovely chicken entree for me. Their salad dressing was homemade, vegetarian, gluten free, and just very good. Very nice hall, and very good staff. I believe it was the floor manager or the manager, went above and beyond for dietary restriction. Truly appreciated it. Very pleasantly surprised.
