Good people, quality materials, knowledgeable sales people. Good prices. Ask for Stacey the sales man.

You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Store itself has a funky odor, most all of them do. They have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best prices: soaps, hairbrush, the hair care items they seem to be really reasonable, priced, as the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing. Some of the big items we have bought in the past were some flooring, some rugs (the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all,-so that was cheap but didn't last long). Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. (Since they didn't hold up to cleaning .) I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Sevierville store near the holidays. The male manager at Morristown was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something . Coffee is a good buy sometimes , trash bag ,sometimes sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not that clean bathrooms, but they did function .which is all we can ask for is functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star store rating They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store and it is ok stuff cheap, Good stuff cheap they'd have to have good stuff. If the store gets good stuff it's only ever a few items.

Everything I bought rugs a lot of other items and the service was great everyone helping me in…read moreeach department no waiting

And I love to support locals and artists, but, this place just didn't bring the 'umph' I guess. Kudos to the really catchy staging near the front entrance and good job balancing an eclectic mix of wares. Despite being stocked with catchy items, I simply didn't fall for anything in this shop and this leaves me unmotivated to recommend or to return. Sticker shock is also to blame for my walk-out. Just can't throw down $50-60 for baby shoes. The Village is more like a gallery. I suggest stopping in with 'that certain something' in mind or when you're searching for unique gifts.

No one explained the new plus sizing to him, 0, 1, 2 etc. So this robe is HUGE. After Christmas I went in to exchange sizes and was told no. They still had robes of this type on the sales floor. But not my size, which would have required them to order another. I understand that that would have been a pain. I understand it would have minimized the profit. But I now own a robe that must be altered. My husband was so proud of his purchase and so disappointed it did not fit, that I will have it altered. In addition, the clerk said she would see what she could do and would ask the manager/owner to call me, but instead she had to call me back to give me the bad news. The news that the shop was not willing to do anything. Again I will say, pretty things but I will not be back, neither will any of my friends. Buyer Beware.
