The store was clean, nothing blocking isles or the floor. However, shelves were a mess. No employees to be found. I saw one person checking out and I'm not sure I saw anyone else my 40 minutes in the store.

The salesperson said they were "in the warehouse" and he'd "have to check if the owner will break up the set." The set? They are listed as single chairs. He promptly came back and said no, it's 3-4 weeks for them to order the chairs. Huh? I asked for four chairs before coming in! We left and purchased chairs elsewhere. I originally planned on picking it up from the store and bringing it home myself with the help of a couple friends but we actually couldn't get it up the stairs! I was so stressed out and bummed and Bassett was very understanding and I was able to add delivery onto my existing order when I realized my friends and I weren't going to get it in. When the delivery guys came out, they were able to get the sofa in in about 10 minutes with no problem. It was unbelievable. Long story short, pay for delivery!!! It's so worth it because they know exactly what they're doing. The showroom is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly and full of great ideas. The custom options are great and the turn around for everything is pretty quick too! Can't beat made in America either.

I found some barstools and asked a sales person to ask if Liz was available to help me. Liz was very friendly and helpful. I purchased some barstools and nightstands. I have to say, I am a bit worried about the previous comments about items not being available after paying for them and the extra warranty I paid extra for not being valid. I decided to take a chance since I did love the items. I will follow up when I pick those items up. I did appreciate Liz's attention, friendliness and help during my visit. I think it is impressive and responsible when the owner or a representative responds to reviews and/or comments. This business I hope starts to respond to patrons reviews.
