Waiting in the drivethru at the window for upwards of 15 minutes while the small gentleman makes eye contact with you and then disappears- the camera is pointed right at the drivethru window and you can see yourself on the monitor above the pharmacy counter from your car so you know they can see you as well. Had to call them once from the drivethru window to inquire about my 3 prescription after a long and painful 14 minutes of watching the small man dodge doing his job WHICH isn't anything new and EVERYONE talks about it. Shameful.

Incorrect information is given to customers when purchasing equipment regarding payments and billing. Phone representatives are incredibly pushy when trying to sell replacement supplies. Billing phone reps are rude and condescending. Billing borders unethical. There is no reason for a bill to be sent out 4 months after a "date of service" when the actual date or equipment purchase was over a year earlier. I will never in my life work with this company again and will ensure that no one else in my life does. I truly believe that the incorrect information is intentional so patients are forced to pay more than initially told about.
