They also run deals of certain colors half off on certain days, which is even better! I'm a mother of three and clothes are not cheap so this is the place to go. The prices for what we buy are really good; beating Kroger many weeks. Their prices for clothing name brands are on par to Kohls. Their prices staff, no matter the department are always helpful and YES even the young ones. My jacket fell off the back of the scooter one late night just before closing, and 3 staff searched for it after closing. The biggest drawback is the reliance on self checkout. Even California grocery stores weren't this over the top.

I had to take some items back that I didn't use for a party. I had full receipt and everything in…read moreorder. The clerk who took my returns was not at all nice about it, in fact, she seemed annoyed because there was a few she couldn't find pricing for on the receipt as quickly as she would like. She kept making sighs..like OH my gosh I am annoyed. At one point she says "we don't even stock these items in the store". Well I got them at a Joann's in Sterling heights and sorry your store didn't stock them. But returns are at all stores no matter what. I won't shop at the Lapeer store again. Thankfully, my return to Michael's was met with a kind clerk. SHE thanked me for shopping at her store. Big time thumbs down for Joann's!!
