Of course I look for the clearance items and then the sale items I need . First, the racks of clothes are so packed that you could hardly get an item out to even look at it. The clothes would get tangled with other items. Just a royal pain. Because they have the coupons and reward if you spend $50 get $10 off next purchase; the mark up is atrocious. It's March and they still have Christmas stuff only 70% off. There was a holiday toss pillow at $25 it was originally $85. REALLY?? Not sure it's all that good of a deal at Kohls But I do want to acknowledge it is a clean store

I had eleven items in my basket when my grandson said he had to use the bathroom , so I asked the sales person if he could use the bathroom ,,her answer was our bathrooms are not for the public . These people want our money but cant let a little boy use the bathroom . So I told her to keep the items return them to the shelves .. What a bunch of scum . I will never go back to that store
