But considering the events below, I will likely not be using this service again. I prepaid for a one way shuttle. When the driver got there he said that I had not paid. So I talked with the dispatcher, who was super rude about the fact that he could not find my payment. I could not get a ride home until I paid a second time. I talked with the manager 2 days later when he was in. He found my 1st payment easily, but not the 2nd (repayment). He said he'd reimburse the second payment "if" he found the proof of it. I told him I had a receipt, but he didn't ask for it, and did not seem to interested in the proof I could offer, like my credit card statement showing the all of the charges. He just didn't seem concerned at all that they had double charged me. Yes, mistakes happen, but this company was rude about it and unapologetic, even at the management level. I'll save my money for long-term parking at the airport. That would have been much less trouble. I'm sorry to those who that is not an option for.

Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. It was a simple act but made a HUGE impression on us. This made our experience with AndaleRide a very special one. I highly reccomend AndaleRide, you will not be dissapointed with their service and your experience!!!

She made it possible to connect with old family friends in a tiny little town west of Milan, which was the biggest blessing of all. We saw art, architecture, ancient statues, works of Michaelangelo and more - all with the best guides you could imagine. Restaurants, handmade sandals, train connections without a hitch, Limoncello, shopping, and more special memories than we all thought was possible - because of her planning and prep. My mother booked an Alaska cruise for her 50th anniversary, and planned to take 13 of us along with…read moreher and my dad. Royal Carribean was amazing, but would have been funner if my wife had been allowed to go. Wanda at Adventure Travel assured my mom and sisters that 27 weeks pregnant was the perfect time to cruise. Royal Carribean does not allow anyone on the ship if the will be 24 weeks pregnant at any point during the cruise and requires a doctors note, so Wanda's plan to "just lie" had no chance of succeeding. My wife was booked on a return flight that she had no chance of making during rush hour in Seattle (with a draw bridge on the route, and a college graduation apparently going on), so my six months pregnant wife spent the night in the airport, while her family sailed away( she insisted we not break the promise of a cruise to the children)! We will never use any travel agent again. Thank God we weren't in a foreign country! Come to find out, this was just the first of many lies we were told by the person we entrusted our safety and enjoyment to. Again, Royal Carribean was the experience of a lifetime, and was shocked that my wife was booked on a cruise, when we contacted them and gave them the details.
