A godsend!! A few hours before I had to leave for El Paso airport, my car's tires blew out. Did I mention it was in the middle of Labor Day weekend? There were three of us, with significant luggage. L&M to the rescue! I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to help us. The owners are wonderful and the prices are reasonable. read more

Giving it 3 stars because they do arrive on time, were helpful with rescheduling when my flights…read morewere delayed, and were friendly initially (before the event below) and the lady I rode in the shuttle with insisted that she loves them. But considering the events below, I will likely not be using this service again. I prepaid for a one way shuttle. When the driver got there he said that I had not paid. So I talked with the dispatcher, who was super rude about the fact that he could not find my payment. I could not get a ride home until I paid a second time. I talked with the manager 2 days later when he was in. He found my 1st payment easily, but not the 2nd (repayment). He said he'd reimburse the second payment "if" he found the proof of it. I told him I had a receipt, but he didn't ask for it, and did not seem to interested in the proof I could offer, like my credit card statement showing the all of the charges. He just didn't seem concerned at all that they had double charged me. Yes, mistakes happen, but this company was rude about it and unapologetic, even at the management level. I'll save my money for long-term parking at the airport. That would have been much less trouble. I'm sorry to those who that is not an option for.

When we arrived I asked the receptionist for other rates based on senior discount, first responder, etc. She took the time to run comparisons and told us Mom had booked the cheapest rate. I appreciate her effort!! She also explained the "happy hour" of sorts and provided a ticket that allowed us free drinks. Although we were headed out, that's a bonus. The room itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable! Our room had a refrigerator and microwave, both of which we used. The bathroom was a generous size with lots of counter space. AND, the water was HOT! I love a nice hot shower after traveling. The next morning we had the included breakfast. Talk about a TREAT! You can choose between full-sized waffles or those baby versions (you make your own), the sausage was delicious, they had potatoes, biscuits & gravy (my favorite), eggs, red & green chili, oatmeal, fruit, fresh juices, coffee, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. It was MORE than a continental breakfast. We only stayed one night, but when we return I'll definitely stay here!

All in all we loved this Bed and Breakfast. Part of the building is an art gallery and there are…read morepictures and sculptures everywhere. It has a long history and is very "New Mexico" with a lot of character and class. This is an older building and it is starting to get a little worn in places. However, it is filled with vintage furniture; the room was large and the breakfast is really nice. Homemade muffins and coffee, then a couple of different items each day along with fruit. The staff is very welcoming and you do feel like like something other than a motel guest. There is a space to sit out back. Despite its need for some minor updates this is a great place to stay
