Second time I've used this service, and I can't say enough good things…read more OUTSTANDING communication at every juncture; from the instant the phone is answered, to an instant receipt being generated when you pay, to follow-up communication about the arrival time and date, to communication BEFORE you get on your flight, confirming they're going to be waiting when you arrive, to communication from the instant you step off the plane, to communication when you're waiting for your bags, with clear directions about where you can find them in the parking lot. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE: I had to fly in from Northern California to help my very ill, 71 year-old, brother, and had very little time to pre-plan. She gives you several options to choose from for each stop, explains the perks of each, and has so much knowledge about the area and each winery that you learn so much during the drive.
