When I got it unwrapped at home I discovered a section of safety rail was missing. I call at 9 am and by 12pm they delivered the the other section to my home in Conroe. We received our order with ZERO instructions. Once I contacted the company I was told they were removing those drawings but had instructions for another product that were similar. Those instructions were at best haphazard. Then we had bought additional pieces to add to the rolling staircase, such as an extended platform and a safety gate. I asked for instructions on that material and I was told due to liability reasons they do not provide those instructions. I asked, if they are so worried about liability why would they sell that product and received no answer. Seems like they don't have pride or confidence in their product if all they are worried about is liability. It seems like a much higher liability to sell a product with no assembly instructions.

We recently bought door knobs from Home Depot and saw the same brand here for half the price that we paid. The flooring section wasn't as extensive as we envisioned however, the prices were reasonable. We will definitely keep this business on the top of our list when we are considering home renovation options in the future.

We showed up to pick up the order, and nothing was ready for pickup. My husband had to walk around the store and find the 12 items he had ordered. What a waste of time.
