I saw someone mentioned Bad Brads and I really didn't know he did other pest. The first thing I did was call him and left a voicemail. Brad called me back ASAP, within that hour back. He just completed the work and took down an old wasp nest as well. Gave me comfort by providing me with information on what will happen and knowledge on how the wasp nest work (I won't lie, I've been terrified for a few days). We will be calling him back to treat a carpenter ant issue soon, but I would recommend contacting him first before you contact a "known" company. He has great service, can most of the time get you in the next day or two depending on his schedule and his pricing is very reasonable. On the not so good side. Field employees performing the work were less than professional and I would not say journeymen trade skills. They randomly showed up at house unannounced. Did not check in upon arrival or when they left For day or completed the work. Their design, installation and quality of workmanship very substandard. First rain showed a couple of spots no silicon or sealed corners at down spouts with leaks. Day after job completed. Initially, when we were discussing the job We requested the possibility of yanking off Christmas lights on Faccia boards and simply tossing on ground below since they were there. They stated there would be a nail removal and upcharge fee added to estimate for this request. I spoke to the manager of the company after his guys "finished job and left with a ridiculous final configuration of downspouts which posed a tripping hazard for young children and an eyesore and "who did this job?" To anyone that would observe it and there final product leaked! I would NOT refer or recommend these folks to anyone and there lack of communication and lack of professionalism puts you in dilemma so Iso I settle and save a few dollars OR pay a bit more and get a professional completed job by a company who takes pride other workmanship and commitment to customer service. I cannot promote This company to provide gutters repair or replacement! UPDATE. 05/09/2026. The owner reached out to explain his side of story. I would advise future prospective clients ask for referrals to their past customers to see their finished work and have a chat with folks that have contracted them to perform work. If. I were to include pictures. You too would see that this gutter downspout is NOT under deck. It passes for 10 or 15 feet away from house at knee to shin height cutting off all access to under deck and all who look at it. Will go wow what's up with that? This thing was packed to the gills with heavy, crazy shaped, items and an extremely heavy recliner couch sectional. It was all done in less than an hour and a half. There was hardly any directing. At the beginning we told them when you see such and such that goes in the garage, all the boxes are labeled, and there's one item of furniture that goes in a specific room. We had to say no more. There was no repeated "where does this go?" Or "what about this one?" questions. All of our things were handled with care and they even removed thier shoes on our uncovered carpet areas (it was raining outside). If you're moving or need maintenance things done, call them. You won't be disappointed. They are personable and professional, but most of all extremely efficient and pay attention to detail. Most definitely doing business with them again.

The booking process online was useless, the phone coordinator who I believe was the guy in charge the day of the move didn't lead me to believe that my day was properly booked and when they showed up the actual muscle in the move was late. The guys who did the bulk of the moving were good. They handled our stuff with care for the most part or so it seemed. And they took care to not damage the rental house we were moving out of. I tried booking them for three hours to ensure things were done right and that I wouldn't be needed to do anything but oversee what they were doing. We didn't have many big things to move. But one of the things we did have was a king size storage bed that upon unloading the truck was absolutely wrecked. Multiple chunks missing from the drawers. They stacked the frame of the bed exposing the rails the drawers go in and stacked boxes it. We haven't opened up many boxes yet but needless to say I'm pretty worried at what I'm going to find. The guys who unloaded the truck made the comment that they will never see me again so why would they care. And that's exactly how it feels. I paid them for the job they did, as crappy as it was and they will never have to see me again so who cares. Needless to say I would advise NEVER using this company for moving services until someone takes the reigns of the business who actually cares about the job on the departure and arrival side and the happiness of the customer.
