Completely dismissive on the phone, not helpful with answering questions about which chemicals they plan to use, and then HANGING UP because she said she had too many other customers while a paying customer was there on the phone with her is completely unacceptable. read more

These guys kinda started out giving us ok service. Soon, I realized I had to clean up after they came to service our pool. They would leave empty containers around, left to tubing out by the pool, and every time the left the bottom vacuum out of the water. Doesn't help much out of the pool. And for the last 3 weeks we haven't seen them. read more

It is very frustrating to call and schedule maintenance, confirm you are on the day's schedule, and then wait until 9:30 pm before giving up on their arrival. Now I am waiting another week for a significant leak in my pool. "Office closes at 4:00 pm and the maintenance people work later than that so there is no one is here to call you if they can't make it." Is there any reason that you do not empower your maintenance guys to call the client before they arrive or if they will not make it? You empower them to make their own route and decide which houses to service first. "We are very short handed from COVID." Okay, I get that, but then do not confirm with me the morning of the service when I called to make sure I was on the schedule. If you are on the schedule that means my address is in the hands of a maintenance guy. "We can't get someone out to you today, but I can get you on the schedule for next Thursday." Are Thursdays and Fridays the only days you have on-site maintenance? Maybe spread that out over the week and the maintenance guys could get to all the houses you have committed to by adding us to the schedule. I will update this review after the maintenance guy arrives. I had heard first-hand account of the service from this company, but I put that aside to give them the benefit of a doubt. Still hopeful this will work out, but I will wait and see. read more

I contacted you in March for my pool to be opened. You came out and took the cover off. Poured 2 Gallons of chlorine in the pool. Put the handrails in place for the ladder out of the pool but did not tighten them down. They are still loose. Tried to put the handrail down the steps on and broke the bolts to do so. You took the bolts with you to order new ones and came back out to try again. The bolts were the wrong size. Drilled one bolt into the concrete and then took the handrail with you and said you would drill the holes larger which would ruin the integrity on the design and strength of the handrail. Also by drilling a new hole in the concrete you have damaged the area for installation and strength of the rail being installed again. You have returned with the handrail after two weeks. You did not clean the sides of the pool after it was opened as I was told was part of the opening of the pool. I don't feel you have completed your end of the contract. I want my handrail installed, the side rails correctly installed, the pool cleaned prior to paying the bill. An adjustment made for the time period waited for proper opening and usability of the pool. I'm very disappointed in the service I have received. read more

If I could rate their customer service any lower I would! The techs in the field are fine, but the office staff needs to be trained in customer service. After opening our pool an issue developed the next day, we left 5 messages and DID NOT get a single call back! It has now been 8 days and I still have not got a call back. We get our pool and hot tub supplies from American Pool & Spa. They completed our pre-purchase assessment and now each season they open and close our pool, great service and prices. Recently our pump went out on a holiday weekend, they got our pump and a crew of guys were out the next day. Incredible service!!! We've tried others places in Tri Cities and were disappointed so never again. Don't just take my word, try them yourselves. read more

Called today to schedule pool opening for a non-standard pool - smaller, indoor pool. It has some potential issues. Manager said they didn't want to get involved with it. That it sounded like an above ground pool that was somehow installed in-ground, which is not the case. Because of poor listening skills and miscommunication, they declined to even come out and see the pool. It's just a pool and you are a pool company...maybe not a good one that cannot listen and/or even stop by to confirm assumptions. read more
