Saw a coupon in a local advertising publication and some other companies were desperate for business it seemed and upping price on me. My driveway was really dirty. There price came in lowest with coupon. Glad I found it. Front and back of my home was cleaned. Response was very quick and they did a really good job! Thanks! Chlorine even took care of some weeds in driveway. Spanish Language may be a factor with one but they knew what clean was! I felt bad when one man got stung twice by wasps hiding in a ladder. I know how that hurts. Put cortisone cream on it and off they went. Killed about 14/15 more wasps after they left. Helped remove areas to clean but stings might be reason they left without helping put back. Price was good so no big deal with that. Happy overall with work! read more

I have been a customer of Scott's since 2006. We agreed to clean my roof & remove the mold & mildew from the bottom of my house because I am having it painted this week. The original date was cancelled due to rain. When they came, they cleaned the roof and spent 5 minutes cleaning the mold & mildew from the bottom walls of the house. He charged me $350.00 for that. I have never paid more than $150.00 to have my roof cleaned in all the times that he did it. Now, I am a former customer. Also, his guys didn't speak English. Saw negative reviews on here but decided to give them a try anyways. My mistake. They were scheduled 10-12. We had been communicating via text to make sure they were coming because they were already late --but at one point there were no calls or texts being answered anymore. I even called from another number. We sent a final text asking for a refund and they said they will do it Monday. Then proceeded to tell us that they were at the gate for an hour and didn't have the code or last name. Ummmmm IF that was true (which it isn't)... why didn't you call or text when you had been texting us earlier in the day? Also, why didn't you look at the INVOICE YOU SENT... which has the last name right there. We are very easy going people and always understand things happen but DO NOT lie. Also our house is 4 houses down from the gate. Why not walk over to check? So many missed opportunities but the truth is nobody was at that gate. The owner's comment below doesn't recognize my name because I wasn't the one who booked through my name. So to start, this service was an economical choice. When it comes to the cheaper options, there's always a risk of quality being affected in some way. As was the case here. $319 dollars for a pressure clean around the house including the roof, and patio. The cleaning I rate a 6/10 because many areas were missed including the gutter and corner areas of the patio. Secondly, my pool was filthy after they left. As they cleaned all the patio they basically just let all the leaves and dirt fall in the pool. As they came to the back and accessed the hose they broke the fence door on both sides bringing in their machines and pulling out the hose for accessibility. They did not put my patio furniture back in place after moving some around. Overall, it was a quick job with careless thought. Sure everyone wants a good deal. My personal experience was not very professional with Scott as he changed the price on me at the very last minute. I received a written quote and we agreed upon the price and date. I took the morning off work to wait for Scott to show up. At 7:40am on the day of our appointment, Scott messages me that the price will increase by $75. I cancelled the appointment as this did not feel very ethical to me and was concerned I would get charged even more once they were on site. When you have an agreed quote, it's not very professional to make changes on the same day. I lost a day of work and had to find another company to do the job. I was a loyal customer until last month. I have been using this company for years, every year consistently I never had a problem in fact, I was very satisfied until last month that an irresponsible employee from their company cracked one window and broke in pieces a side of my backayard tiles and he never reported to CARLOS or the owner. I have been harassing CARLOS for a month now, to send someone to fix my tiles (the window he told me to get a quote but if they haven't even fixed the tiles no hope that they would fix my window). He has been playing games with me like if I am a child, he continuously says that they would go, I wait for them and they don't show up or call. And the only time that they showed up, CARLOS doesn't tell me a time frame after I asked him twice to confirm the time (like If I don't have anything to do other than wait for them in the porch) and when they showed up I wasn't available to receive them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY WITH CARLOS, SO UNRELIABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE. But the funny part is that he does have time to call to remind me about my yearly service and have various time and appointments available right away, but when I need them to go back I have to beg for them to go back to fix something that they broke. Also, something interesting that I found out, that their address listed here is not their real address. The city of plantation does not have them registered in their data system. They have written in their van that they are licensed but they are not licensed as pressure cleaning company according to Carlos they are licensed as painting company, no idea why would they have that in their pressure cleaning van, but again, I have my doubts since CARLOS IS A LIAR! bottom line... DONT USE THIS COMPANY, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT! read more

I called the company and they came, but not the person I spoke with, the people who arrived could not speak English and left when finished without telling us. Carlos called and asked for a credit card number I told him the drive was still bad, he offered to send them back for another $20.00 I agreed. I gave the guys a check, and was told I would receive the invoice I needed for the HOA by email. I never received it and he wouldn't pick up the phone. This company is terrible and I would not recommend them. They quoted me a price 3 separate times. Each time it was reduced. When the workers got here they charged me another $20 to do my patio. I spoke with Carlos from the company who was extremely condescending to me and his workers calling them stupid idiots for giving me the wrong quote and that it would come out of their pay. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Carlos agreed to do the entire rear patio for $41.50. That includes the screen room. When it came time to clean the screen room they wouldn't do it. They wanted me to move the patio furniture. No way. That's why I am willing to pay for a service. Spoke to Carlos again after the incomplete job. After assuring me job would be done one week later he then tells me he decided not to do the job...even though he strung me along and prevented me from further soliciting another contractor. Had an appointment scheduled for Friday spoke with them in the morning they said they were coming. Moved all the furniture from the patio. They never showed up and wouldn't return my calls and messages. Finally I called from a different phone he picked up then. American Pressure Cleaning was supposed to come to pressure clean my roof on Sat. Carlos advised he would have someone at my house on 2/27/16 between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. No one showed up. No calls, texts, smoke signals. Nothing. My call did not get returned until Monday. Two days later. Carlos advised me that he could not get anybody there on Saturday because they usually do not offer Sat. appointments. This bit of information would have been useful before the appointment not two days after. Also, a heads up courtesy call would have been the professional thing to do. While Carlos acknowledged the missed appointment and offered to send someone during the week, he was totally indifferent and unapologetic to having missed the appointment and/or wasting my time. read more

I give them ONE star because there are not negative stars. They came in to clean my roof, broke dozens of tiles, and left. My roof started leaking so I contacted them. They called me and say that because of the holidays they were busy (yes, this was in november 2011).
