He brought my mother into it, accused me of slander, denied that I had ever even called them, and not only refused to fix the problem but refused to even list what they had done stating that they won't do that for anyone so that they can charge another visit to undo what they did. I simply attached photos of all the messes he denied making and screenshots of my call log and phone bill proving I had called them. I never heard another word.

The space is NOT insulated, they left the entrance hole wide open, and there was water in it from a leak. A leak they knew about and neglected to tell us. The job was in January, 2019. After multiple calls for weeks they came back and fixed a piece of flexed duct work that was destroyed by the leak - mid March. It's still very cold in the addition. The mildew is gone, at least. We now have to spend more money to go back inside and insulate it ourselves. We are highly disappointed!!

When I spoke with Joy Buskirk to arrange for the service call, she was so personable it was really more like talking to a family friend. They responded to my inquiry promptly and courteously. After digging in the area where we suspected the leak, he was unable to find it and referred us to another company with special equipment for underground leak detection because he didn't want to keep digging and waste our money. We hired Joe once before to replace the moorings on our downstairs toilet. In accordance with the folksy aphorism "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," he told us there was nothing really wrong with the toilet and waived the fee for the service call. Not only are they friendly and local, they are HONEST. I was so impressed with their integrity and professionalism that I created this account just so I could leave them a five-star review. We rent, so technically it's our landlord's contract--but we recommend them to everyone anytime HVAC comes up. Our building is an older early-1900s property split into residential and office units, each with separate systems, so there's always something that needs routine maintenance or attention. Over the years, they've handled everything from regular servicing to installing a new heating and AC system and redoing a condensation line--and every time it's been smooth and stress-free. I don't know how they do it but they always manage to get our climate controlled even in the meantime if they need to order parts and come back. After the pandemic, when parts and shipping were taking longer than usual, we were quoted 2 weeks for the replacement part. After mentioning to them that I would be staying at my parents until it could be fixed since I have heart issues that cause extreme heat sensitivity, RW Miller went above and beyond and was somehow able to get the part and have the issue fixed in 3 days. They're always prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. And honestly, that matters even more when life is chaotic. I always seem to have some kind of project going on--most recently, I had our entire second bedroom (which doubles as a giant walk-in closet) completely emptied out with clothes everywhere when, of course, the AC went out . I would've dreaded letting just anyone into that situation, but their team is always kind, understanding, and totally nonjudgmental. We especially LOVE Rusty. He's incredibly knowledgeable, no-nonsense, a great communicator, and as a bonus--amazing with our dog. At this point we joke that we sent Christmas Cards, we'd definitely have him on our list! I called Miller heating and air conditioning to repair my air conditioner. They were the ones that…read moreinstalled it 5 years ago approximately. And it was still under warranty. They came out so there was a leak they couldn't find it they charged it up and said let it run will see how much leaks out. It was raining heavy that day so they couldn't work on it. Next morning I noticed that the air conditioning was cycling on and off. Hear all the refrigerant at leaked out and it burnt the compressor up. I contacted Miller's heating air conditioning Beverly Ohio. And they said the coil and the compressor or under warranty but they want an eight to $900 labor to install it. I find this labor price to be excessive especially in the light of they're the ones who caused the damage to the compressor from the leak when they told me to let it run. A local Construction Company that helped build this house , and has done some other work for me. They recommended them. I will be talking with them and seeing if they can switch their recommendations from Miller air conditioning in the future.
