Some areas were really worn down, especially at the sliding door for the patio. I like how they were both there for the final coat and had two sets of eyes on it. Real professional team with keeping you in touch with what they were doing. They were able to contain most of the dust and dirt that you will simply get with this kind of work. One spot they missed, but they came back the next day and fixed. Felt that Brian's price was fair and he used a commercial grade finish for a more durable surface.
