Absolutely the WORSE gym I've EVER enrolled my child in. The gym is sooooo chaotic it has about 9…read morecoaches IF that on any given day. The team girls practice basically on their own if they aren't a "pick" they don't get the help unless asked. They have coaches there with children on the team & have special privileges & placed based on the likeness of their parents working in the gym. My daughter came later in the season was evaluated & placed level 4/xcel Gold on Friday Sept. 13th started practicing the very next week & everybody was loving her. My daughter statutes school here & got her hair done & really started showing her skills then all of a sudden the girls on her team started talking & chit chatting not wanting to be her "friend" the next week she got her nails done then another child makes it her business to confront her about her nail length & why HER nails were in her mouth again we brought it to the coaches attention they said they would phone the parent to get it taken care of on Monday oct 7th I went to the front desk yet again about these lil girls being catty & not showing great sportsmanship they have a team meeting for about 35-45mins not even an hour later my daughter is running out the gym crying about another lil girl minding her business ganging up on her with a few of the other girls about my child "moving out of the way" so now I'm upset because why is this keep happening & nothing is really being done fr. Have a parent meeting thought it would be fine we go to practice on Thursday & I'm seeing things I haven't been happy with to include no beam routine no floor routine I asked to speak to the head person Coach Shae asking him for understanding about levels & competition as well as the floor & beam routine & it being so close to competition for her & not being able to get that practice in for perfection it went left & he told me if I wasn't happy I could leave without a 30day notice when all I was asking for was clarity on the levels competition side & seeing if it was better if she just waited until next year so she didn't have to be repeating levels & that was the plan on their end & a surprise to us when next year came. I left the gym yesterday evening with Sarah writing a list to get back to me with dates or when routines would be ready from a coach who was out. I received an email after 1pm today removing my child from the program IMMEDIATELY & I was not allowed back on premises or my child as if we did something to warrant this type of response because I asked for understanding & when will my daughter receive her material for competition. The emails were very distasteful & wrong to say the least. It's cool though because my daughter came from a top tier gym with great skills & I know this gym was not a great fit anyways. As a military brat sometimes she has to settle with the options she has & we were settling for Omega my daughter is used to structured stricter & more organized program & this team program isn't even close to what she is used to. I do not recommend this small gym to any gymnast that wants to actually go places with their gymnastics career outside of just doing it because their living their moms dreams or following in their moms footsteps. If I could give ZERO stars I would soooo many gymnasts soooo little coaches watching the girls properly. I'm actually surprised they are able to still run a business with the way the gym is OVER SATURATED & not enough space for the gymnast to practice correctly. My child didn't even last 30 days & I had to pay for an enrollment fee & they push my child out with no word on refunding my money paid thus far. The team fees are outrageous & seem unreasonable & asking for clarity I also got an attitude from Sarah at the desk. It was a lot & happy we don't have to endure any more of the bullying & entitlement of the girls from this program.

I have twin girls who have been going to Omega for about 3 years now…read more The staff is pretty good. Some instructors are better than others but they all care about the development of the kids. Compared to other major chains like Little Gym, Omega has so much more for the money. Not to mention it is an "actual" gymnastics gym and not just a play area. My only complaint is that he gym is a little dated. It's time for some updating.

My hair was very long and very blue and I haven't been to a stylist in 2 years. It was hard trying…read moreto find a place to get my hair done, and I usually like to use beauty schools because they tend to be cheaper and I like to be a learning experience for budding stylists. I was a bit wary because I've had a couple bad experiences with trusting a student with my hair, but the Paul Mitchell beauty school was amazing. I had Erica do my hair, and since it was so long she had some help with the coloring and drying process from Kathy. Kessie supervised and showed how to do a dry cut on my hair and bangs, which were finished up by Ebony. I spent about 5 hours there and $75 but got exactly what I asked for. I got the dead ends trimmed, and now my hair color is an even all over brown. Erica was very professional and had a very relatable fun personality, all the girls that helped were also great. Next time I need my hair done I'll go back and be asking for Erica again. The only downside was the price, which I felt like wasn't communicated to me as clearly as it should have been, but for everything that was done to my hair I feel like it was probably the same as what any other salon would have charged me. My hair looks great and is in great shape. Also, to the military guys in the area, you can get your haircut here for free!

Ummmm so the haircut cost me $15 so that's nice, but you definitely get what you pay for…read more The students are pretty much free to cut your hair however they please. I really thought the teacher would have been more active in the haircut process! I asked for shoulder length cut and said "I'd like to be able to put my hair in a pointy tail"...after an extremely ROUGH wash with her arm smooshing my eyeball (omg germaphobe over here)... she put my hair in a ponytail and then CUTTTT!!!!!!! (*Also there was no communication error. She knew I wanted to be able to put my hair IN a ponytail after the haircut...when she was almost done she was like "why would you wanna out your hair in a ponytail?"...not that it's any of her business, but I work out everyday and would like to have my hair out of my face!) I was seriously trying not to freak out, especially since I signed a waiver that I wouldn't sue them LMAO. I see why they make us sign that form.. HAAA!! So she gave me a cut to my CHIN! Thank god I have thick enough hair to keep my hair like this and THANK GOD the teacher came by (at the end of the visit) and fixed some pretty substantial errors- one side longer than the other, taking out bulk, removing choppy cuts. The cut came out okay but I swear..this is NOT WHAT I WANTED!! I can just laugh at myself for this mistake!!! I am editing this review because I just read previous reviews and OMFG!! WHY DID WE DO THIS TO OURSELVES!!!! HAHA
