Love these guys. They're all super nice and don't have me waiting 15 minutes in the waiting room,…read morethey come get me right when my appointment's scheduled. Except for this last time when *I* was late (my bad). I've been to 3-4 different physical therapy offices and this is the first one that I feel is actually DOING anything for my back. The other ones had me doing stabilization exercises and stuff for my core which I understand I need, but this is the first place that worked on the skeletal issues I have too.

This is the third physical therapy venue I have enrolled in in 5 years. This place did the most for…read moreme as far as long lasting results. I am not 100%, but I am better than I have ever been and I can see the road to getting even better ahead of me. Kristen is awesome. While there, I noticed that most therapists were engaged and administering effective care to their respective patients. I had Kristen, and I would recommend her to anyone. She was great a talking honestly and listening to me about my concerns, even when I disagreed or had a different idea. I felt like this place allowed patients to really have a say in their care, rather than just wait and see what they'd be offered. I am also a fan of their business model, focusing on results and effective care through above average customer service. Multiple times, I was asked to complete surveys to assess my satisfaction and improvement according to ME. I've just never seen another physical therapy venue with an emphasis on customer service -- sounds odd, but sure makes a lot of sense! Medical services are a exactly that - a service. I am sharing this experience to encourage greater clinical accountability and operational…read moreattentiveness in pain management practice. On 2/19/26, I attended a scheduled appointment Integrated Pain Solutions-Summit Spine, for chronic back pain with right-sided neuropathic symptoms, in addition to new pain involving the hip, groin, and left leg. I was not informed at scheduling that the visit would be conducted via telehealth. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in the lobby and an additional 35 minutes for the provider, identified here as Ms. Shivers to sign onto the visit. The clinical interaction lasted roughly 15 minutes. During the encounter, Ms. Shivers indicated that a request would be sent to another physician for medication management whom I had never been evaluated by for pain management. Delegating medication decisions to a physician who has not examined the patient, without explanation, raises concerns regarding clinical oversight, continuity of care, and accountability. As of six days post-appointment, there was no documented follow-up regarding medication adjustments or submission of the MRI referral discussed for evaluation of new and potentially progressive symptoms. Office staff were reportedly unable to locate documentation of the visit when contacted today. Pain management involving new radiating or neurological symptoms requires structured follow-up, timely diagnostic imaging, and clearly defined physician responsibility. Delayed imaging and medication oversight are not administrative inconveniences, they represent potential patient safety risks. To patients: advocate for documentation, timelines, and clarity regarding who is directly responsible for your care. To providers and administrators: timely communication, transparent physician involvement, and proper documentation are foundational standards, not optional enhancements. Operational inefficiency and fragmented oversight erode patient trust and may compromise safety. If the medical field is not a genuine concern regarding patients CARE, PLEASE FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO!!!

Same issue as last month, we arrived at 1:15 for my 83 year old mom's 1:30 appointment. Although we…read morehad checked in online, it still took 10 minutes to get checked in. We were finally called back at 1:55 (25 minutes past her 1:30 appointment). Spent 10 minutes with the nurse to check BP, count pills and to ask a few questions. We then spent 10 minutes with a Nurse Practitioner who is the only person my mom ever sees. Mom has never seen a doctor. This place has always been a "Pill Mill," They ask a few questions concerning any recent falls, recent surgeries or any medication changes. The Nurse Practitioner then sends a new 30 day pain pill prescription to the pharmacy. Things have gotten worse since they came under new management. For the past two monthly visits, we had waited over 30 minutes past our appointment, only to spent 10-15 minutes with a nurse/nurse practitioner. Integrated Pain Solution is the worst medical provider I have ever dealt with.
