After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

I was shown a website of which does show a spot for a one time donation. Likely once done many emails and other forms of request for more support and so, more money. I chose to decline because of these factors. As there are so many organizations out there all in need of support and it is good for anyone donating to check them out wisely.

Your ER staff was very dismissive of my claim. They did an ultrasound, looking for blood clots, then sent me home because there were none. They did not even consider any other possibilities. The PAIN was excruciating and the diagnosis of cellulitis was very real. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!! From now on, I will be going to UAMS so I can be taken seriously.
