I drove 7hrs to recert my courses here because i KNEW id have a great experience. Well the AHA website wouldnt load the precourse videos. I went to class anyway and told kevin what happened. Thankfully he understood and let me take the course. After 4 days of trying, multiple phone calls to AHA, I contacted Bethany and told her what was going on. She helped me get the precourse videos to play so I could get my cards within a few hours! I am very thankful for all she did to help. My most recent activity with Food Bank for the Heartland was with my company's leadership building group (Pathfinders), and our volunteering task was packing meal kits for food-insecure students. Our activity leader from the Food Bank was very informative and understanding with any mistakes made by our group or questions we had. You can tell they really care about the mission of the organization, in every step of the process. We each had certain jobs in an assembly line situation, which made it a lot easier to do everything in the correct order so the little meals are packed in the best possible way. If you volunteer with a group of friends or coworkers, you can have fun, while doing good for others. This organization does great things for the community, and are very worthy of your financial contributions or volunteer time!

I've never had this happen to me before and this is the first time they used a pump. They did not charge me due to this accident. I've been using a heating pad to help the skin go back down.
