This is the first time I've done my BLS through Safety Training Seminars. The place that I usually…read moredo it at I believe no longer is operating. My team lead at work told me about Safety Training Seminars and how she always renew her BLS here, so I thought I'll give it a try. I was happy to see that there was a location right down the street from my house. I scheduled my skills training for a Saturday, so I started to do my online course about 2 weeks prior. The online course was really thorough and informative. I feel that although I've done this a couple times, I still feel like I learn something new each time. During my skills training at the facility that they have, I was given instructions on how to enter the facility. I was having trouble getting the emergency locked box opened to get the key to enter the place, so I called the number for assistance. Everybody whom I encountered when I called was so nice to me. When I called to let them know that the code I was given didn't work, the person whom I spoke with assisted me in finding another one. I got in and had a bit of difficulties but after that, once I got started it was smooth sailing! I'll be coming back to do my BLS here in the future!

I found Safety…read moreTraining seminars online and was able to schedule my online course and skills training within the week! It was simple, convenient and thorough. My skills test was with a VAM and I thought it was extremely helpful testing that way. It is able to monitor the correct depth and timing so I can get a better idea of how it would actually be if I had to perform CPR. I would definitely return when I need to renew again!

Classes and students from various courses are mixed, and everything will be on Zoom, including "hands-on" requirements. The phone number that Victoria (Vicky) Yu (administrative lead) provides on other social media outlets is a bot; you will never be able to reach her or anyone else. EMS University/Universal is also not an accredited school for first-time EMT students. It is only for continuing EMT training.

AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! This place is a HUGE scam. They take your money, and then the course…read moreitself is incredibly disorganized. The classes are all over the place, the schedule constantly changes, and there is very little clear communication about the course material. It makes me question whether this is even a legitimate course. I ended up dropping out after the first week because of how disorganized everything was, and when I tried to get a refund, they refused to issue one. Customer service has been extremely difficult to reach, and now they've completely stopped responding to me. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm not the only person who has experienced this. So sad and frustrating for people who are genuinely just trying to learn and invest in themselves but instead are getting ripped off thousands of dollars.

In less than six months, she has been learning essential skills with the right technique. My 3-year-old also started at British Swim at the same time, and in less than six months, he went from not liking to be in water to beginning to back float. At British Swim, they truly focus on teaching water survival skills using proper techniques and structured methods. Their step-by-step approach ensures that kids learn all swimming styles correctly and confidently. The coaches, Mr. Forest and Tina, are fantastic with children and pay close attention to detail. The academy also has a great cancellation and makeup policy, making scheduling convenient for busy families. Neeru, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure each child is progressing and receiving the right guidance. She is also incredibly helpful with scheduling, always finding solutions when conflicts arise. After such a positive experience with my kids, I decided to take adult classes myself to refine my swimming technique. In just two lessons, I've already learned a great deal. I highly recommend British Swim to anyone looking for focused, results-driven swim coaching for kids at the right pace.
