I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened since my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision. read more

While ARN's pricing was competitive, what really made them our number one choice was that they don't subcontract - meaning that ARN had control of workmanship, scheduling was easy, and we always had a familiar crew that treated your house like your own. This was so important to us because ARN understood how much we cared about keeping our house clean and comfortable. Mauro, our lead, and his team were such a pleasure to have in our home. His work was true quality craftsmanship. DJ was our Project Manager and he was always open and communicative. As the homeowner who has lived through this project day after day, I wanted to share the impact this experience has had on our family. What was supposed to be a project to fix water intrusion and protect our home turned into a nearly two-year ordeal that remains unresolved. We were originally told the project would take a couple of months. Instead, our home has felt like a construction site for almost two years. The hardest part has been the uncertainty. We were constantly told work would resume, materials would be ordered, or issues would be addressed, only to find ourselves waiting weeks or months for updates. It became exhausting never knowing when workers would show up, when the next phase would start, or when we would finally get our home back. What is especially frustrating is that after all this time, we are still dealing with water intrusion. We have experienced leaks, damage to parts of our home, and ongoing concerns every time it rains. Areas that were supposed to be repaired remain unfinished, and some of the balconies still do not have the railings and pillars that were removed during the project. We were hopeful when company representatives came to our home and assured us they wanted to make things right. We were told there was a path forward and that issues would be addressed. Since then, however, very little has changed. The company has involved its insurance carrier, and we continue to be told to wait while that process moves forward. Meanwhile, our home remains unfinished and the problems remain unresolved. I take no pleasure in writing a negative one. But after nearly two years of disruption, stress, delays, broken promises, and ongoing damage, I feel other homeowners deserve to know what our experience has been. Each of the 3 contractors were excellent had great reviews, however, we went with ARN for a couple solid reasons. First, they are a General Contractor and did not need to outsource anything! They had the plumbers, electricians, flooring and tile guys so they controlled the scheduled and held up by no one. The sales rep, Mark , was very thorough when explaining the pros and cons of using certain types of tile for our guest bathroom and laundry room floors. He had a low key approach selling his products. His demeanor went a long way in our evaluation of companies vying for our business. Had a semi-emergency (subflooring rotted around toilet) that needed to be repaired/replaced so that my flooring project could continue. I called ARN and Rich was super informative and helpful. I had two other companies come out and give me estimates and all they wanted to know was how much insurance was giving me and were just very unprofessional. I would not give it 1 stars but Yelp requires that minimum. Had an appointment today 6/15-23. 12pm - 2 pm. No phone call stating gonna be late or canceling. I texted Rich the manager there at 2:30pm. He did call me right away and apologized stating he did not know what happened. I informed him I patiently gave them the courtesy to see if they would show up until 2:30pm. Rich responded, "I understand but I change the past". Hmmm I'm thinking, well I was gonna ask to see if you can come out tomorrow, but I dislike his comment on not being able to change the past. Of course no one can change the past! I felt that was a cop out. If they can not be on time for an estimate or at least call... How can one trust them to do any project without having excuses or to comment that they can't change the past. Rich I see your response. In no way shape or manner did you ever say you would make it up. Your response NOW is to try to do damage control, so other people looking at reviews will see that you tried to make it up... which is the furthest from the truth. We called Rich and got a quote for our kitchen in March 2023. From the get-go, Rich let us know that he will most likely not be the cheapest quote we receive, but that his company will do the best work and do it in a timely manner. After a few other quotes, we decided to go with American Renovation Network. The difference in prices was so minor compared to other companies that it was worth going with our gut feeling and choosing the company we had more faith in. They stated that the project would take between 4-6 weeks and it was done in 5.5 weeks. The team they use is superb. They were awesome with our kids and often took the time to show them their tools and talk with them. I was comfortable leaving the crew at my house and offering for them to make themselves at home. Rich and his team have a set group of workers on staff to do their projects which means you're not waiting for the electrician or the plumber or the specialized skilled worker because they have one on staff. I'd like to say a personal thank you to DJ for leading our project, Mauro for being so kind, Gus for pretending to be interested in our two year old son's tool kit, Al for making our dream kitchen a reality with his plumbing work, Christian for cleaning everything up, Carl for patching our drywall flawlessly and being "Cool Mr. Carl" to the kids, Manuel for assembling and installing our cabinets in less than 2 days, and the two guys who did the demo on our light box (I'm sorry I'm forgetting your names!). We knew this was going to be a big job, so we contacted 5 general contractors including Rich. Although we did receive quotes from all the contractors, Rich was the only one that followed up and was patient until we made a decision. He never pressured us or rushed us into a decision. When we asked the other companies for some additional details, nobody got back to us. Rich's down to earth personality and his fantastic follow up was why we decided to use American Renovation Network. Rich was able to take an idea that my wife had and bring it to reality. He helped us with design, concept, tile selection and paint colors. We did have changes along the way, and he was very fair with all of the changes we wanted. We never felt he was overcharging and to be honest we felt he was under charging for the changes we had. Every project has issues but when we had an issue that needed to be addressed, Rich would either call us or stop by to listen to what our concerns were. He addressed every issue that we had, and always figured a way to make it right. Rich has got to be the most understanding person in this industry.
