Evidently around November 2024, Parker had to move back to northern Indiana, according to a text Craig finally sent me. Since then, I've gotten NO SERVICE. Craig never notified customers that Parker had to move, and there'd be some interruption of service. Nor did he notify customers that he might or would be closing (I don't know if he has, but to me, it seems he has). Unfortunately, I stayed with him. I believe in giving most folks at least a second chance. Then he promised in several texts that he'd come to clean up after my two dogs. He never showed. Still, I stayed. Then he went silent. Last text I got was Feb. 11, 2025; today is Feb. 25. In the interim, I called several dog poop-scooping services and found one that I'm impressed with and is less expensive (it offers 10% discounts for seniors, active duty and military veterans, public school teachers and first responders). I'm beyond disappointed by Craig's lack of professionalism and have shared all the above with him in a text. You've been warned.

I needed bird food for my two large parrots and I didn't want to go on the long drive to Castleton where we usually shop for our bird supplies. I do not recommend this business. My 13yo daughter and I walked into this business and was greeted nicely. I asked if they had bird supplies was told they were in the isle I just passed. The woman stated that she did not have any millet because the resident cat used it for kitty litter. She said she was "thankful she didn't sell it to anyone" and that "she could KILL the cat". I was oddly taken back by that comment. My daughter and I continued to make our selection as I really wanted to get my supplies and get out of there. Then I hear her say, "I look RETARDED with my sleeve up from digging in the fishbowl." I was really bothered by that statement especially since my daughter was with me. She has Autism! Needless to say, we will not be shopping at that business ever again. Oh, and the food I did get is infested with these beetles....freaking GROSS....
