But I didn't know they didn't have an actual clinic but it was a nice setup. I was told when I arrived to text and let them know I was here which I was about 15 mins early for my appt. I waited about 20 mins until they finally called and said I could come in. Which I did and found it was several people waiting so i waited my turn inline about another 15 minutes or so. Once it was my turn they weighed Remy and then i waited about another 10 minutes until it was her turn to be seen. The girl explained the different packages they had and I made my selection. When it was her turn they checked her out thoroughly and informed me of a couple of other things I was not aware of. The process was early and quick and we will be back.

After a second person came out to complete registration we had a discussion how I wanted my dog trimmed. When I picked him up thy had practically shaved my dog!!! He's a poodle i asked not to cut the top of his head just trim, they cut it down, his ears are uneven. This isn't the first time, but I gave them another chance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETCO IN SPEEDWAY, CRAWFORDSVILLE ROAD INDIANA!!! THERE GROOMERS ARE A JOKE!!!!!

He then took the time to help us choose new fish and made sure we understood how to properly care for them. Kyle was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about both us and the fish. His outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and positive. For almost a year after they took over in Jan 2025, things looked up- raises, bonuses, store upgrades- until a sudden STEEP nosedive. They nearly refused to give me a letter of recommendation unless I promised not to contact my old coworkers- my friends- even though I was a model employee and only let go for "restructuring". They skirt good animal welfare practices and continue to terminate or lose good employees, and instead of filling the positions they just redistribute the duties with no pay increases- so now YOU are paying more and more for worse and worse quality service as all the vets and pros disappear. Take your money somewhere where they treat their employees like humans and their animals with respect. Oh, and Brandon- don't even think about legal retribution for this review. Every word is true and my own experience. You know you did me wrong after I put so much faith in you. I stayed in Indiana because I believed in you and this job. I truly hope you can learn from your mistakes after everything crashes down around your ears.
